This is my go to flan recipe, everyone loves it and it is so easy. Tonight I'm swapping the regular milk for coconut milk, I want to see how it comes out. 😁

@@cookingwithconchita9657 1 can evaporated milk 1 cup whole milk 1 can condensed milk 4 ounces room temperature cream cheese ¼ cup sugar 4 room temperature eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Dash of salt Process all of above in a blender. Pour into prepared cake pan. Cook on Hi Pressure for 16 minutes.
