Nice video, interesting card... The difference here would be that BofA counts IRAs, brokerage accounts, and 529ks... I wouldnt want to keep $100k in a bank account for sure, but definitely worth having $100k in a no fee IRA... Its interesting though because it counts the mortgage though, but it would really depend on the interest rate... If the rate is bad that could be alot more expensive than paying a credit card annual fee... Or biting the bullet on a hard pull opening a Discover It Miles card every year which effectively gets 3% cash back on all spend in your first year... But thanks for the video, never heard of this one!

Yeah, that's definitely a key difference. The mortgage is definitely the most interesting route to me (assuming the rates are competitive).
