I am not using a CRM now. Looking at Top Producer or KVCore. I would be interested in hearing about the one you built though.

@@chadleo21 Thanks. I am with eXp which offers KVCore for free but I am leery of using their program. I was told if I leave the company for any reason I am instantly locked out of my 24 years of contacts.

So FUB doesn’t provide leads, just pulls from sources you need to provide. I don’t like the fact Lofty outsourced to CCP (confidentiality, privacy of North American client data) BUT seems like Lofty provides the best features & automatic lead generation? These CRMs are all confusing enough, I appreciate your review. Aside from websites (which is a trap into their ecosystem) who offers the most real world, useful lead generation out of the box? That is who should be the best? Being able to call through platform is nice but not essential (have to pay more on FUB for that feature too). The whole point of a CRM is who is the best at providing leads, then also having an easy to use, efficient user experience?

I think CRMs have many use cases, but ultimately I think the MAIN reason is to make connection to human beings in the database or being added to the database (known as lead generation) easier and more efficient. Customer relationship management. That's what it stands for and I think a lot of us forget that's what it is. Lead generation is a whole other concept and there are many ways to go about it. I don't feel any CRM really offers lead generation well because it's all kind of done in a box. You need to develop your own marketing skills to generate a quality lead. So if you're looking at lead generation I would look more into masterminding and coaching rather than the CRM. The CRM is more just which tool you will use to manage all of those leads at scale. At least that's just my perspective on it.

@@chadleo21thanks for the clarification. I think CRMs started off that way & it’s still the core functionality but strength of lead generation seems to be a differentiating factor (how those leads come in).

I used both for a while actually. Make sure you install the pixel on your KV core website. Kvcore has just recently made some updates since this video and it actually has gotten a lot better

@@chadleo21 I came to your video to get a recommendation. A comparison of features in my opinion just creates a ton more questions and confusion. What if someone did that when you asked for a restaurant recommendation. This one is good and that one is also good. ugh. I use KV Core and I am considering moving to Follow Up Boss. I was hoping for some conclusions from you, but you ended your video by saying that you don't use either. I am not trying to cause problems on your video. Feel free to delete this comment.
