🤔hmmm. That shouldn't be expected in this small formfactor and would be waaaaaay outside the design spec for any of these. If you are aiming at 100 duty cycle, you need to investigate different mounting and cooling options and research full sized dedicated repeaters for that kind of purpose.

I am not really sure if you are making my point or bringing up something new- help me understand what you are asking/looking for. I might be able to be more helpful.

@@little2nothingify Yes I have used my radio on high power. I have also made the mistake of activating Crossband repeater mode while on high power during a net. My 100 watt radio is now transmitting at nearly 100 percent duty cycle. The reason why I asked you the question is because without that particular experience, you wouldn't know how hot my radio was. That's why I said that these radios better be rated at 100 percent duty cycle. Mine works very well Crossband repeating on low power.

@@little2nothingify And no that shouldn't be EXPECTED of this small form factor. But neither should the 100 percent duty cycle task of Crossbanding. So I was wondering if you already knew all of this and if so , did you also know that Crossband repeater operations can easily approach 100 percent duty cycle .
