A quick thing I noticed with Build Redux: their prices for each component are abnormally high. Heres what they say these GPUs cost, and how much they actually cost: 1650: $210 ($156) 3050: $350 ($220) 3060 8gb: $400 ($260) 4060 Ti 8gb: $440 ($400) 4070: $670 ($585) 3080 10gb: $800 (no longer in stock, used at about $400) 4070 ti: $900 ($790) 4080: $1300 ($1100) 4090 $1800 ($1590) They are being upfront with the part costs, which I like, but they honestly should've kept them hidden since they are massively overcharging for most of their parts.

All I’m really looking for is a computer that can play mw2 and some other games like the last of us part one when it comes to pc in a few weeks. I currently have a Xbox one s and I don’t want to buy a new console. Therefore I’d much rather switch to a gaming desktop. If anyone has any suggestions on where to look or if any has bought a decent desktop that they recommend I’d very much appreciate it! Mainly something that can be upgraded throughout the years to come and something that can play games that are out now with atleast 100fps. I know that may be vague, I’ll take any suggestions though

@@JesseThePotatoHunter through out these past few days I’ve been doing tons of research so I can atleast get a idea of what it’ll be like to build my own pc. And from what I’ve been learning I’ve become gravitated towards building my own since it’s more customizable. I’ve found a decent motherboard (GIGABYTE B650M DS3H) and the processor I plan on buying is a Ryzen 5 7600x with a RX 6700XT Graphics card. From there I was able to find a cpu cooler and power supply that works with this specific motherboard. It took a ton of hours a day this past week researching all of this but compared to buying a pre-build with the same specs and all of that I easily would’ve spent 2 grand. By the time I buy everything like the case, RAM and memory & monitor it’ll still be cheaper rather then buying a prebuilt. Also my budget is around 1 to $1.4k

@JosephDiBenedetto Yes sir that's a good combo I have similar parts just the motherboard is an Asus ROG strix b650a really just because of aesthetics but I do like the features as well. @deek4344 Жыл бұрын
Considering the difference in those games you want something with at least 12g RAM and a graphics card thats a little past Ryzen 5-5500. To be realistic I don't honestly know how to pinpoint exactly what pc build would be good but components wise you would need something around there. My first PC was a HP gaming pavilion with the 5500 and 8g RAM and just to give you and idea, I could RUN most games but there was almost no chance I wouldn't be tweaking with graphics everytime. I won't sugar coat it either, if you are looking to play with smooth processing and good looking gameplay, you're gonna spend at LEAST $1000 -$1500 and just because of how much parts cost and total out to I'd be amazed if you find something good that's in the middle of 1000 and 1500 the hp I bought was a stock made from Walmart for like 675 and the PC I upgraded to was around $2100. It's no joke that real, beautiful PC processing for a good gaming experience is quite costy but I absolutely encourage you to research as much as you can. Hopefully I was of at least some help.
