at 5:47 is that possibly an early spring type scale for produce?..I dont know when the 1st temp gages came out(glass and mercury long gone)..maybe that stuff is too modern for that place? but it had IHP's and Mercs so.....and Homer Carter's wife might of sewn that overalls button on herself...somebody detected that place with 2 copper rods(NEVER) to quote Dame: "We are somewhere else"...priceless...Waynos: "Idon't think I need one (bum plug) today...more priceless

It's been so so long I can't remember the last count. It's also amazing the items are just on or near the surface. You really need to go back to that place. I always will check roadways for treasure. At a ghost town in Wyoming I found a V nickel but couldn’t read the date….. way to go you guys….

The Mercury dime series started in 1916 and that looks like a 1916 to me. Check the back to see if there is a “D” mint mark on the bottom left side of the fasces. If it is a 1916-D Merc you just made good money because it is the key date and rarest date in the entire series.

The find at 24 minutes is the base of a candelabra or like item. They had an iron plate in the base for added weight.
