I’ve been on this since all the way back when the Powercode structure deck was released and Cyberse, and Code Talker has come such a long way with still good support yet to come! As you said, Heatsoul is literally just waiting to be unleashed, and Meutering looks so hilariously good with how it reads. Heck, there’s even Exporter, a Wind main deck monster that can be linked off like the other main deck Coder cards that could potentially help combos in the future. Coming across you was such a boon for me when sticking to this deck, and I earnest thank you for all of the time and testing that you put in with the combos and entries into helping people understand and get into this fun and at times stupidly hilarious deck! Here’s to hopefully Konami releasing more Code Talker support out from the OCG!

Thank you so much for that combo, i was using a slightly different variation which went into firewall first instead of inverted but that made the combo redundant unless you had a spare cyberse in hand allowing you to use inverted!

how good are the salamangreat cards in this deck and when heatsoul comes out you will just be replacing shootingcode right, finally is it possible to set up a trigate wizard as well?

salamangreat is just another good extender engine that turns debug into a 1 card otk. when we get heatsoul you drop shootingcode and sea archiver for it and use the salamangreat cards to replace its place in the combo. I tried trigate but didn't think it was necessary and had to take out other cards for it that i preferred.

Even though this is a Codetalker video and I'm playing Salamangreat, but I very much agree with this strategie. You go first to set up the Iblee lock with other disruption, then after opponent couldn't do anything you just OTK them in the following turn. I have also been using heavily using Iblee as my main starter for the past one year, and it's just great. I originally just thought of using her to prevent from being Nibiru'ed, then I realized she really prevent nearly all the counter to Salamangreat: Nibiru, Kaiju, Megafleet, Evenly, Lightning Storm, Imperm, Gamma, etc. And with the inclusion of 3 Small World, it's become much easier to grab Iblee or eXceed to make play. Sometimes I can even go for Dagda + Scythe on top of Iblee...

I'm a code talker player since there were only transcode and excode with out cynet codec or cynet mining man i like this deck too much but the problem with it is with the hand traps like ash when u search codec

I come up with a different option, which i replace codec by using roar. Codec is good but hard to bring out, instead roar can be easily sent to the gy by gazelle, and once u reincarnation link summon, it can set itself back.

Cyberse/Code Talkers has been my guys literally since the beginning of the Link era. They've been nutters for a while now, but somehow managed to fly under the radar for nearly 2 years. I will never understand how they did it, but I'm not complaining.

I don't like using the live twins because they can only be used as starters. regarding not opening codec its still not bad, especially if you have a way to get iblee. even outside of that you should always at least be able to start with an avramax. almost any 2 cyberse on field can make it in this build

Dark ruler can but doesn't really accomplish anything. the others can't be because you can't special summon monster besides links while you control iblee

You use it as a normal summon, or with 1 for 1, or search it off Cynet Codec. When you link summon Inverted Code Talker to SS from hand, if you have a valid target already in hand when you summoned Inverted and go CL1 Inverted SS effect, CL2 Codec search Formud, you can then SS the Formud from your hand. Link Formud off, then use its effect to search a L5 or higher Cyberse (parallel Exceed or Gatchiri). It basically helps extend plays out further and is a light attribute to search with Codec and a 1 for 1 target.

@@wendell5012 Lady debug is a better target for cynet codec,any cyberse will do for code talker inverted.Something like defcon bird or firewall guardian would be better here no?It can search gatchiri but you need to get it on the field,there are enough level one targets.Or even another cyberse gadget or clock dragon...Or link apple when it comes out.

formud is a 1 card otk and another good target for 1 for 1. But in combo it lets you get to gatchiri if you have to search for code generator and that is what makes firewall unaffected but opponents care effects

@@kinofchaos9085 formud skipper is the better search target because it gets you to gatchiri which makes your firewall with 2 bounces unaffected by your opponent's card effects - which is really the bread and butter of the combo. Giving your opponent an iblee, extra linking them, AND having an unaffected firewall is a lot for MOST decks to get around. 9/10 times when I pull this off, my opponent scoops and goes to the next game.
