While i'm absolutely not surprised to see no hyper aggro making the cut, i'm shocked to see just 2 saphire emerald... but I guess many players still haven't figured out the best way to play it.

As a Ruby/Amber Mufasa main, the only deck I dont feel like I have a solid matchup against this format is the emerald/amber deck. Everything else is 100% fine if not favorable for me.

Idk it just seemed gimmicky to me. When people at my lgs played it they all got wrecked because everyone is playing counters to it

But like not even 1? I find it hard to believe that a Daisy deck that is extremely powerful going 1st got 0 tops while even Ruby/Amber in comparison snagged a couple.

I swept my local tournament 3-0 yesterday with my amber/amethyst hyper Aggro. Everyone was pretty much playing some sort of sapphire items deck.

The ruby amber mufasa deck coming in 1st is very misleading. It was in 1st after swiss and the top 8 split the 1k. Still nice to see it in top 8, but it is unlikely it would have won considering the rest of the top 8 decks.

And it also got a bye first round in 2 game format then played someone with 0 points then had their points from round 1 added after.

I don’t think you can gain 7 lore in the same turn with Maximus because it says if you have a character with 10 strength or more gain 5 lore instead. Pretty sure if you have a Maui and a Gaston 10 strength you only gain 5 lore because of the Gaston.

Elephant can definitely be really good but more than 2 seems unfeasible given the competition at the cost slot and higher cost for later in the game
