For emerald steel I honestly am really liking vision slab in play for some mostly passive lore. And although amethyst didn’t get much love this set I’m going all out for a brooms deck for fun.

Hot take, but Diablo is basically removal bait. If he were 2/3 I’d rank him up there with emerald 3 drop Ursula in terms of creating dilemmas.

Interesting to see emerald step back a little bit on the hard-discard package and go more for a mix of discard and tempo/value. Unfortunately all these decks are just too expensive to play on paper for me but enjoying the occasional pixelborn

No Mufasa in the Amber Ruby healing? And those Sisu prices have gone up quickly! And I think that Amber/Emerald deck could use the Queen. to either lower Strength or add 5 to the song

Ursula will be really strong later on in the meta especially if Amber and/or Steel starts rolling but right now, its falls to Ice Block x Medusa. Amythest still relies on the Bounce package (which is understandable since it is extremely good). Amythest Emerald will continue to be that 50/50 deck and lie around low Tier 1/high Tier 2 and Pegasus is a good inclusion. Ruby Sapphire does feel like the real deal right now with some good answers. However, it struggles against low to the ground aggro and if Emerald does go back to Seafolk/Flynn (which it should) then thats a problem. Right now would put best decks as Ruby Sapphire/Bucky Steel/Amber Emerald (it has some great Sing Together cards and Amber Ursula is a menace) and Emerald Amythest. Gut feeling is Amber Emerald could be extremely good but has a majorly high ceiling for learning the intricacies of the deck.

Hmmm the answer for sapphire/steel in your opinion is MORE items protected by Aurora. As a result of a lot of items out on the field you’ll need less characters to quest for higher lore amounts, finally complemented with Lucky Dime for the finish.

Honestly I expect R-S to be so prevalent I’m second guessing even bringing steelsong, even before the full shift to set 4 meta. I’ll probably bring R-S to Chicago myself

@@Wildbarley the problem with ruby steel is its lack of card draw. Pirates was a somewhat decent deck last set, but once you oplayed out your hand you were stuck. There is definitely potential there, but if you have no way to keep cards in hand, it will be impossible to keep up with decks that can.

My local shop held they first lorcana tournament, it was also the first lorcana tournament I entered. I built a deck in 3 days using only my own critical thinking abilities and won. I won't disclose what I used. You all need use your own minds and stop copying others and the meta for real...
