No-bake cheesecake with raspberries.
Ingredients and preparation of the dessert:
0:00 Soak gelatine (15 g) in water (80 g) and leave to swell.
0:09 Grind biscuits (150 g).
0:36 coconut flakes (2 tbsp).
0:52 Melt butter (40g).
1:51 In the fridge.
1:56 Puree raspberries (300 g) or take juice (230 g).
2:21 Cream 33% (360g).
2:26 sugar (120g).
2:45 ricotta (300 g) or soft cottage cheese.
3:05 Heat the gelatin.
3:36 raspberry juice (3 tablespoons).
4:11 2-3 tablespoons of each cream.
5:09 Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5:13 Soak gelatine (7 g) in juice (30 g) and leave to swell.
5:51 Refrigerate for 60 minutes.
6:30 Bon appetit and SUBSCRIBE to the channel.
