Kyle Klein's shot at 18:40 struck me as the most impressive. Its not the longest, but having to shoot uphill under a low ceiling obstruction was technical as hell and cool to watch

I just love watching Calvin throw putts from long distance. His release point is mind boggling. Sometimes, it looks like he’s already let go of the disc with his hand still below his waist. Pretty insane…

The force is putt into the disc early in the putt stroke. Most of the stroke is him guiding the disc. Fun feeling when you get it right.

long arm players, like myself, tend to putt high so the low release point is to compensate for that. Calvin also has a short fallow through with his puts that make it look lower, alot of people have a similiar release points but the follow through makes it look different.

Honestly the best thing that ever happened to my game during the covid, is watching these cats putt!! Earn to learn then learn to earn!! Watching the technique and releasing of each player... learned the jump putts from conrad, the concentration from Mcbeth, and Eagles long putting pattern. When I get on the courses here in western state Colorado, (live in Montrose) great to see good results from observing the pros on jomez ... started in 1977 and still playing! Beautimus

@@BashIpsen Think of putts/shanks the cost people tournaments or simply knocked them out of contention. On top of this, really unlucky moments (bad rollaways OB, bad missed putts, etc.) could be added. Just looking at the round with Paul, Ricky, Eagle, and Calvin at the PDGA championship, Eagle missing all the putts in a row and Paul bogeying hard to get knocked out of contention come to mind.

Practice makes perfect. Before i broke my back and had surgery i used to throw atleast 50 putts a day and it helped tremendously. I also had a stack of 20 putters that were different, like 4 or 5 different molds so it didn't matter what putter i had i could use anything.

We have distance of drives off tee and the mph on them let’s see the mph on some of them jump putts. I know KJUSA AND NATE PERKINS AND RICKY are just a few that absolutely slam putts and the time the discs are in the air on throws would be a cool feature as well. Food for thought

It is definitely very close, slow down the speed and watch the slo-mez putt from the front cause it looks like he gets it out in time. I wonder if other players are scared to call anyone on it not just Nikko. For one someone else would have to second it and i just dont see anyone calling it for there own sake of it being called on them. I for one thinks there needs to be a different rule or whatever, like make jump putts 60' instead of 30. Jumping from 33 1/2' is dumb in my opinion

@@ryry562000 I agree you dont need to jump or step at or inside 33ft 10m . But at top level since it is a rule it should be contested or rules refined. Push that back to circle 2's edge and it will be more forgivable

Are players worried about themselves or worried about it being so close that it will just start bullshit and good luck getting a second person to agree. It should be brought out to the edge of circle 2. I started playing in the mid 90s and it just wasnt a thing back then and being a pro they should have no problem standing to putt at 60'.

If u dont have a basket at home i would suggest buying one and practice. I used to throw putts every day. You will get better for sure. And just remember to find a putting style that fits u and always keep your swing inside the basket
