@@PrincessQ-fj9ly Which I feel is evident throughout the entire series. Sure, people love to mock him for being a coward (heck, I'm the same way, and he's one of my favorite characters), but despite being afraid, he's always ready and willing to step up to the plate when he's needed. He just comes off as cowardly because he has a bit more sense when it comes to knowing when he can't win a fight, and doesn't go around picking fights with people he knows are stronger than himself. Preferring to play it smarter in those situations, and only relying on fighting as a last, desperate resort.

@@machine1685 not that hard to think about, Z goku didn't actively come about to pick fights, he was cordial with raditz until you know he beat the shit out of him, he gave nappa and the ginyus he fought multiple outs. really he killed if he had to but often spared and he trained to improve himself believing in the good inside everyone, well that was until go figure frieza really was just pure evil. it was until super where it became jarring since he just stopped thinking about everything else but fighting.

My teacher didn't really give me something of a speech like that, basically said get fast, grow strong, and learn whatever you can learn, then sent me into the world. He was a jeet kune do and wing chun practitioner. But the things he taught me did save my hindquarter in a couple fights. I didn't start em but I sure as hell ended them. Mainly drunks who were sober enough still to through a hard punch, training kicked in, dodged, landed either a right or left, then traded hits, boom fight over. But I think teachers should REALLY tell their students, get op on power and speed FIRST, keep a emergency weapon as backup and intervene when the fists start flying, neutralize the situation. And not so much as attack the assailant but hold him in place like grapple him til authorities get there. It's more effective than trading punches and both parties don't get a scratch. I made the mistake once of being a 120 noodle with some martial arts training that made me feel invincible and get involved in a situation where 3 drunk men were actually trying to punch 2 full grown women on their walk home. I intervened, punched one drunk out, but the other 2 got me, and stomped me almost to the point of unconsciousness before one of the women muscles enough strength to throw the guy into a hip high gate which caused him to do a cartwheel lol. Then cops got there just as the 3 came at me for round 2. Not only was I l disillusioned but the 3 men admitting they wanted to kill me and would of if the cop hadn't arrived. Now that's a hard reality check. Now decades later I'm close to 200lbs, I practice grappling, wrestling, bare knuckle boxing, Goju ryu karate and I put my wing chun on the side seeing as it let me down. Sorry didn't mean for this to turn into a story lol. Bottom line, bulk up, get speedy as hell, practice very efficient self defense and carry a weapon. Because in a open street fight, some guys will beat you to humiliate you, or to break your bones and some guys will do it just to end you entirely and that's the fact of life. You only get one life and no more after that

Goku isn't a hero. A hero wouldn't have put multiple universes in jeopardy just so he can satisfy a fight boner. A hero would have put a stop to Gero before he could release the androids. A hero wouldn't give his enemy a senzu and feed his 9 year old kid to said enemy.
@zackdelarosa142 күн бұрын
@Drums_of_Liberation the omni king was simply gonna wipe those universes regardless he just needed to figure out which ones to start with this gave the last remaining universe a chance to wish everyone back the high priest even said if that wish was anything else Zeno would've wiped everything out so if anything Goku made the right call. For Gero if my memories right he has the heart disease and wasn't even there to fight him before android 17 and 18 were even there much like when he killed Frieza in resurrection of F of he knew they would kill everything like in future Trunks timeline he would've stopped them. There's no way to justify giving cell a senzu bean period but he still belived Gohan was more than able to stop him on paper it seems really really bad but it wasn't never a gamble he KNEW Gohan was gonna be able to beat him that was more for anime final boss of the arch pressure and power level scaling
