I usually spend a lot of time editing the lighting after filming to make it look as close to real life as possible so I'm trying to see if I can adjust my set up to cut down on editing (and hopefully get more content up throughout the week with the saved time!) I really appreciate your channel! you put up a lot of great videos this year. I really don't like makeup channels where people say something's drugstore or affordable and yet it's $20 or more. What if you get the wrong shade for 20 bucks that's a waste of money in my opinion. You are the real deal. Keep up the good work in 2025

I am so happy I found your channel this year. It isn't easy to find channels that feature affordable products, and you are just so charming and fun to watch!! My holy grail setting spray has always been the Catrice Illuminating Setting Spray...but I picked up the Elf Power Grip setting spray for the same reason you did, I LOVE the primer. I am someone who never breaks out and I didn't even have acne as a teen. However, products with oil in them will cause a bump or two. Unfortunately, this one caused the same issue. I wore it on vacation, and (I know better) I fell asleep in my makeup one night. I developed several major pimples over the next two days. I'm trying to use it up, and I tried it again, and have some new spots. I actually like the sprayer, so I may put another setting spray in the bottle!! Happy New Year, Miranda and family!🎆🥳🎉🎉🎉

My favorite liquid blush is the elf one in peach perfect. It gives a subtle hint of color which I like. I thought that you were going to mention this liquid blush as being on your list. Happy New Year!

Their blush is awesome too! I just think the PF one tops it for me in how easy it is to work with. Sometimes the elf one can be too much with just the slightest touch! But it’s an incredible product for the price.

Thank you SO much for clarifying that the physician’s formula liquid blushes are fragrance free. They look gorgeous but as soon as you said which brand, I thought we’ll dang my sensitive skin can’t handle letting me try them, but now that I know they are actually fragrance free I’m so excited to try them!

I think the highlight from Pretty Smart is probably reminiscent of Mary Lou-manizer from the Balm since I think the Balm is the parent company making Pretty Smart products (it also makes the packaging make sense as well). I may want to check this one out if so!

I got the Elf setting spray and don’t really like it either, mainly because of the sprayer. I can’t feel it at all lol! 😆 I also like the Milani and the NYX Bare spray. But I mostly just use the MAC Fix + because I always find it at TJMaxx so I just grab it. I hate the shade of PH changing lip products 🤦🏻‍♀️ I really want to get some of those Revolution eyeshadow palettes! They look great, especially the rosy one! I’ve gotta get it! Oh my! I TOTALLY AGREE with the elf setting spray!!! I have dry skin, and it did NOTHING for me. No hydration or setting took place... The only thing it was good for was that I dumped out the product and put my favorite setting spray in the empty bottle. The atomizer was the ONLY thing that was great about that product for me. 😂

I discovered so many awesome drugstore products this year Maybelline super stay 24 hour skin tint Milani kiss cheek cream blushes the elf cameo liquid blushes etc I have some flops too I really wanted to love the elf hydrating camo cc this was so bad the wear time on this wasn’t it

@ it definitely made my makeup feel and look greasy after a few hours, I know elf just released a power grip matte primer so I’m interested to know if they’ll make it into a setting spray as well
