I am a qualified Nutritionist and I work with clients every week to help them lose/gain weight. I help people with sports nutrition, intolerance, meal plans, dietary condition etc. I studied for 4 years in Dublin institute of technology (DIT) I got a Bachelor of science honors degree in Nutriton. I have a diploma in Nutrition which I got in 2013 and a Higher diploma in sports nutrition which I received in 2015.

I suck at primers, the only one I've been using is the essence primer pro with I believe charcoal. As well as the one for redness bc .I always have red cheeks, nose and forehead. Aisling, can you suggest or recommend an affordable primer or primer foundation.

(Hint sometimes I use concealer with it as well and it's really good as well). Happy shopping and crossing my fingers that it will help and do as much for you as it did for me.😊💕
