Awesome bike, good bike for the money. I have the letric xp 2.0 ($999). And absolutely love that bike,it's a great bang for your buck.now can we get ego or Milwaukee to make a bike? Or a bike that runs on there batterys!

Got my Escape Pro and absolutely love it. I'm 77 and the bike seems that it as made for me. My only bitch was it too over 6 months for me to get it. I wanted it for the spring and summer and instead got it in October. Still waiting for the helmet. Lol

Great review. I also have the Escape Pro but mine has a slightly different display, shifter, and headlight...? Very fun bike and does pretty well on dirt trails!

I like the Urtopia Carbon e-bike. 1/3 the weight. Goes 20 mph from the factory, but I have heard of hacks to take it to 26. 33# means you CAN actually pedal it. Downside? $2,800.

@@Kitearmy true, but as I am quite proud I can still keep a steady 20 mph on a standard bike, it will be awhile before I spring for an e-bike. Perhaps pride goeth before the “oh my god, who replaced my street with a mountain‽”

Cool intro editing but HeyBike, goes 30mph, it's bigger and costs the same. Same brakes , fat tire and it comes with a light on the rear and front. Review that. You will like it. One you just reviewed is overpriced for the size.

1) Plug it in to the wall 2) Yes 3) No, bad idea 4) 92# (42 kg) 5) it might, but I wouldn’t want to lift it. You ride it, perhaps a lower back of vehicle bike rack

@@RightToFreedomGirl I am very confused: 1) why all caps? 2) I didn’t say anything about renting 3) I see no reason for someone not to buy this model. It’s not to my taste, but that’s unimportant 4) I did mention this is HEAVY, so lifting it into an Escape might be difficult, that’s all. So I mentioned the bike rack which would be easier to use.

This may sound like a dumb question, but I am going to ask it anyways. When was the last time you rode a bike? I haven't been on a bike since I was a teenager, and I will be 65 next month. I would like to purchase and ebike, but not sure if my skills are up to where they should be since it has been many years since I rode a bike. Would I need some type of training? or do you think It would come back to me?
