Quan you can have it frozen, and have the ingredients separately wrapped in containers, with freeze dried ice, that could work in order to ship it.😊😊

You’re correct my friend. Until i started making Pho and realize it actually takes a lot of time to perfect pho. Put this in perspective. Making 24 hour ramen broth just to meet with added sauce to change that taste. Back then I was an amateur.

I was a big fan of yours! Came to realize that you be hating on other south East Asian countries! You talking about Vietnamese pho and the origin but know very little about other countries and their pho. Putting sauce on pho is a preference of choice. You choose how you eat it not cuz the way the country eat it and not everyone put hella sauce on there pho And the food that Americans are experiencing that are Asians. It’s not just Vietnamese food that they’re tasting. It’s Thai, Lao and Cambodian dishes that they are tasting. That’s why it’s sweet, spicy n salty and savory! So please learn your history before you speak

I like the way you make pho........with wide noodles! Yummy! Also, I've stopped adding hoisin and sriracha into the broth. The broth by itself....and I like it super hot.....is liquid gold! Delicious! By the way, which brand of wide rice noodles do you use here?

I find Nước Mía drink is very sweet! With a glass of ice, I would pour only 1/3 of the drink at a time and let it dilute abit before drinking.
