Your recipe is foolproof! Made it this morning and first time ever succeeded in eggless recipes! (I'm not very good at eggless baking). I was skeptical at first because of the dry to wet ratio...as I saw at least 1.5 cup of flour is needed according to other people's eggless date recipes on youtube. I will try more of your recipes!

The card says no Maida, but you add wheat flour?

Hi.. maida is all purpose flour not whole wheat flour :)

@@bakewithspicesandflavors Thank you for your clarification , but my question was about wheat. In the UK all purpose flour is also wheat. I understood that Maida is a white flour from the Indian subcontinent, made from wheat. I'm sorry if I am missing the distinction.
