I've been getting into drawing again, and I have to say that your tool videos are some of the most helpful videos I've seen on youtube from anyone. From the lead holders, mechanical pencils, pens, and now these too? You're killing it man. It's always hard to find out what exactly is the best, what tools offer the path with least resistance. It's not like they just stop selling older products because a newer better one came out haha. But you've made navigating this all a LOT easier man, thanks for everything!

I already bought the battery powered one a few weeks ago after seeing Harry's review. I didn't realise you could get one that is rechargeable through a USB so I've just clicked the link and ordered this one too. I'll be able to use one for each size of erase and erase 'til the cows come home.

awesome eraser. I'm definitely going to buy one. I do realism graphite portraits and it's going to help a great deal with highlights in hair, eyes, teeth etc and even when drawing someone's earrings or other jewellery. It will definitely help to get those real tiny highlights for sparkles. Thanks Smoothie :)

Here it is about three years later and I had never heard of this eraser. Time to order one. I've been using an AFMAT eraser, and while I love the size, and how well it fits in my hand, the motor is very weak. It does work better than the Tombow, and it is good for a kit a little larger than my pocket kit, but it's just not powerful enough to use in my office, or for use in my large kit that I take on trips. I'll never give up my Tombow because it's my tiny, fit in my pocket eraser, and for this it's the best there is.

Have you noticed any damage on the paper tooth when you use an electric eraser? It's the only tool I haven't got yet, and the reason is I'm afraid it also damages the paper, which makes it good, only for finalizing a portrait adding highlights. Am I right, or it's a "must" tool and I miss a lot all those years?!

My Tihoo has suddenly started spinning off-centre. I can no longer get the precision. Bought a new one which arrived today and the only difference I can tell is the centre white part into which you slide the collets comes out of the old one and not the new. Be interested to know if anyone else has had this happen and if you found a fix

What kind of eraser does it use? I'm kind of a sucker for Vinyl like Mars Plastic. Other varieties tend to be too grainy or rough with paper...

I need an on/off switch that will stay on while erasing. I cannot hold a button down while erasing because of arthritis. I have a Hilix and cannot even use it comfortably.

I ordered mine from China too, are they good? I was slightly worried but at $5 Aussie I figured if it was no good I hadn't spent much and I could but the size adjuster in my regular electric eraser and still use the 2.3mm.

i have both of the Tihoo erasers. The one that is rechargeable by USB is great, except that the powrbutton is extremely sensitive. It turns on with the slightest pressure, so i cannot really take it with me outside. On the other hand, the Tihoo battery operated one (2xAAA) is made quite flimsily. I suspect it will not take long until it breaks. Also i wish that the power button would protrude out a bit. Other than that its a great little electric eraser.

I meant to also say that all the links either take me to a location that shows nothing or to something but with a different company name on the eraser. You never know what you really are getting when you get a knockoff from China. I would really love to find this eraser because it does such fine detail. Also, I love your video. It is wonderful when we get to see in practice the products that are out there!

is there any erazer or way of getting rid of charcoal from canvas. I find kneaded erazer makes such a mess hands etc.. is there anything like a chalk board, as trying to figure out composition and have alot to delete before oil ainting, but find such a mess with charcoal that become such a muck. Any advice would help, just trying to get large scale outline for then focusing on with oil paints. thanks this tiny eraser thing is great but just for tiny details,
