I really like my Falken Azenis FK510. Going to be on my 2nd set and while they don't have the best grip for track use, for daily driving, it's amazing. Highly underrated imo.

I'm getting them on Monday. What do you mean they aren't the grippiest for track use? They are roughly 1 second slower than PS4S tyres which are double the price and trade blows with the regular pilot sport 4 tyres on dry and wet.

I liked the Falkens, decided to try out the ADVAN Apex this time around on the BRZ. Defintely notice the stiffer sidewall/shoulder on the Apex and they potentially have a little bit more traction. I think the Falkens rode a bit softer and probably will last longer though. Falkens were also amazing in the wet, haven't gotten to use the Apex in rain yet though.

I’ve been running these tires for about a year now and I probably will never switch to another tire again. They feel really good on my 340i, it makes the car feel less floaty throughout the turns and that’s really impressive since I’m still on stock suspension.

Ran these tires last summer (track build 07 is350 staggered setup 225/40/18 & 245/40/18) and loved them. Nice and sticky when warm and actually did surprising well in the wet despite reviews saying they didn’t (live in Seattle) - would be running them still but upsized my wheels this year and decided to move up to PS4S’s

This was released a month before the review on the Michilen Sport 4s. I'm trying to compare. I have a Subaru brz and plan to run 255/9.5/18. I also plan to eventually boost. I live in Arizona as well so an all year round summer tire is definitely what I'm going for. Which is best for cornering and acceleration? Not planning to track often but maybe once or twice a year

4s are definitely a good tire, continental DWS are also a good investment for all season and I know they can hold up. All depends on your budget! -Edgar

Once they’re warmed up yes - they are actually a solid sticky tire and we’re rated next to the PS4S last year with the PS4S beating them in wet grip

I can't recommend buying anything from these guys. I placed an order over a month ago and they don't even have the product in thier building yet. I've gotten the run around on timeframe, one person tells me they are only waiting on tires to arrive the next tells me the wheels are still not there either.
