Man I'm so bummed about Javids performance, he is my favourite character by far and one of the most hyped characters since he was teased and yet they made him so clunky with no real place we can say he is really upstanding in ,not even Apep. I feel like a big part of my drive to play just left my body 😞

He’s more support than dps since his dmg output is more from piggybacking on the rest of the party. Since his Seals scales off enemy’s HP his atk requirement is more forgiving and so he should roll into spd to tag his seals ahead of everyone and cycle his skills better. But fr, he requires full investment to perform or just pass and for majority of playerbase those resource is better put to other more game-changer units than him. In Soaring Goat and Messenger he works if met the build above but definitely a letdown how the adds mechanic work against his kit. Also he’s kinda my only option as aoe inferno dps to progress calamity island. 😅

Been using him a lot since his release and he really shines in endgame tower content. Build him for as much atk and speed as possible and pair him with other strong AoE attackers and controllers (Gaius, Jiang Man, Lucas, Twins). An Eira or Ahmed to help cycle skills faster help a lot outside of abilimons He def requires a team to help get the most out of judgement seal, but he consistently does the most damage and shreds the enemy team (plus, his best allies are also really strong!)

I have given him all my bests relics and have basically forced him into every team because I just like him that much so I bring him everywhere but man, even in the content he is supposed to be good at you see the cracks in his kit immediately, and they haven't even addressed the weird thing of his debuff were the target of the AoE attacks ,even the ones that don't come from Javid himself, make that target selected invulnerable to the splash damage of the seal, making him even harder to use (especially in bosses )

I'm just gonna note that while Brynn is used for speedclear on Apep, you say (I've seen her more on Fafnir and Kronos), Leon is also used on Kronos, and Zelmer is used on Fafnir, but other than that, they have no real usage.

Elaine hits high SS for me, Night Goddess transfers debuffs with every crit! For every multi hit skill! Her R6 is on par with R2 Queen mother imo.

I'm enjoying Yamato so far, but I do agree that he is a bit underwhelming, especially with the grind needed to get him. Hopefully the devs revisit him and buff him a little bit to make him more worthwhile

I see Javid a lot closer to an Embla than Ashley, but i find it weird the main hang up people have with his use is his debuff being cleansable when Embla is considered really good/powerful, but suffers the exact same vulnerability and is arguably more reliant than even Javid is on her buff to do damage. This goes for Jiang Man too, while Ashley funcions better as an AP generator than a true damage user. Lilith is starting to throw some odd curves on esper usage and feels like using ritual as a base now days is less relevant since its become so optimized at this point.

Because there is a cost to dispel embla's rot where javid's doesn't do anything

@@arkadiallakhverdiev9561 that still is a negative on her as her wave clearing is dependent on multiple MAX stack detonation, which is why she's an r2 esper. Early cleanses also don't spread the debuff. She gains AP which is great, but if she's constantly getting her debuffed cleansed. Her damage ceiling drops, and her main purpose is that team wide nuke. Without judgment Javid still has comparable aoe damage to other aoe espers, an aoe def break, and sear. Embla only has a single target def break.

@@RaikahTau ho yea I meant by R2, for me she's like Yun chuan where she is honestly borderline bad below but in pve you can actually very efficiently prevent her debut from being cleansed Even at R2 Javid hardly compares to Embla DMG wise even Vs high hp targets

@@arkadiallakhverdiev9561 Not many do to be fair. My Javid consistently outpaces my entire team in damage, dude melts. In a single cycle its easy for low atk Javid to do well over 100k damage. Embla takes more effort to get her damage out, but it results in a carpet bomb effect. Not even Gaius does as much as she does at that point, but it takes more time to do. I'm not comparing damage, just that their function, vulnerabilities, and work arounds are basically the same. Embla takes wind up time. Javid is more consistency. It's just odd despite how similar they are, Javid and Embla aren't same tier even when their areas of use are also the same.

I think Bai Liuli (white snake) could be higher. She does a lot for a 3 star, Aoe steal, sear damage Amp, self heal and cleanse and decent damage early on. Maybe higher than Hermes 😅

You need to Be more strict with This Tier list, maybe add more tiers.. someone that is extremely good in few content but Very mid in many others isn't SSS. SSS should be for the cream of the crop, the best of the best, that can be used everywhere. Or at least in like 80% of things. Also Jiang Man should be Above Djoser as Donar imo. Also Long Mian should be higher than some of these leggos... And Dhalia. Maybe an EX tier for those Very Useful in many places at R0. Or you can use a Rank in tier system... Where in each tier... Those those in front are better than those To the right
