tl;dw Camille does more damage than Gaius in a two-hit nuke at R6. Bleeds scale off Sear as well. This is just a damage test and does not take the other utilities into consideration (like Camille's Stun and Disease or Gaius' AOE Strips)

You keep forgeting that Gaïus also has additional damage in it's kit which doesn't scale the same way. And that was not included in his comparison with Leora too.

As a DPS. Best be around 30% Acc. To ensure to maximise atk related stats

It's not a main source of damage. I think her cdmg still matters more but it's definitely needed for her damage in rr2. Pvp 30% is a good place to be but tower content maybe 60%
