I'm a UK Diver and have a steel one of these with the dark blue dial, fading to black like the James Cameron and I have swapped the quick release steel bracelet for a rubber strap. Its outstanding, having lots of lume for early morning starts and low light levels, its got a great power reserve and I've dived it to 30m. remember many divers now have large dry suit glove ring systems [KUBI] so you need a rubber or similar strap to do it up. Its got a helium escape valve and its 600m water resistance is similar spec to the Planet Ocean and Rolex Deep Sea but at a fantastic price. Would you really smack a £13000 watch about on a dive which is like an underwater building site. I highly recommend it for real world Diver use
@kma862 жыл бұрын
I really need to know. Does it really have the helium escape valve?
@davidadey70622 жыл бұрын
Yes but only of use in saturation duving
@almac92032 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say the spec is similar to the Omega Ultra Deep. The Omega WR is 10 times greater!
@davidadey70622 жыл бұрын
@@almac9203 But similar to the Planet Ocean at less cost and similar functions to the Rolex Deep Sea at considerably less cost

@@davidadey7062 Tissot are quality watches without the fancy branding and price tag. You get a lot of watch for your money. The only criticism is 46mm is quite big. A 42mm version would probably sell quite well.

I just bought the Tissot 2000 professional with Turquoise dial colour on Thursday. Like you mentioned it is superb and magnificent on the wrist. And like you stated it does not look that big due to short lug. Highly recommended ❤

That path at 0:47 absolutely broke me. All I can think about is turning my ankle and them finding my smashed and bleeding corpse at the bottom - with a Tissot Seastar ticking away on my shattered wrist I guess 😉 I like the stealthy look and the moody coloured dial, that texture looks like the guilloche on the white gold Breguet Marine models - definitely a good inspiration! 46mm is preposterously big for me though.

Looks really good on your wrist mate. May i ask your wrist size? Even though my girlfriend and my watchseller tells me it looks ok on my wrist i couldnt pull the trigger due to the monsterous size of the watch. Other than that i fall in love with the turqois dialed one. My wrist size is 18.5cm btw (7.28 inches)

I absolutely LOVE the watch and with that I adore the strap, the look is incredible BUT it's made for a smaller wrist. the average 12h strap is 80mm, this one is 71!!!! SO when I put the watch on because of the weight of it it tilts because the back buckle can't reach the middle of the back of my wrist. I had to buy a standard black strap from Tissot 80mm at 12hour and 125 at 6 hour vs this stunningly beautiful strap that it comes with that is only 71mm at 12 hour and 118 at 6h which is really a bummer. I'd actually wear the original strap even though it's slightly off center because it's so unique and stunning but I know it will wear quickly because it barely fits my wrist (and I am not some extremely large guy. I'm pretty average at 6' 200lbs. Wish they would make a normal size strap for the watch. I called them and they don't

Go to Oktoberfest and find a watch that is beer-proof :) Maybe, beer goggle legibility, shock resistance and how well it pairs with lederhosen? Also could watch spot while there… might not be the highest view content, but I’m sure it would be fun to produce!

A watch doesn’t have to be this massive to achieve a water resistance of 600m. My Sinn U50 has 500m and is 41mm across and 11,2mm thin. It’s a solid no for me even though the size is about the only negative
