It’s a good list… but I would have done a Cartier tank for a quartz in the 10k round and went mechanical for the others. Just because that’s an iconic watch and a foundation piece of any great collection.

Great video, but I think their master moon phase or the perpetual calendar (the Dr. Strange watch) is where it’s at. 😊👍

My grail is the Vacheron Constantin Overseas Ultra-Thin reference 2000V/120G-B122, in 18k white gold. The rarest Overseas EVER made.

If you show Hamilton Khaki fields to people that don't know the brand, they will say that it looks very cheap...and it does...

Had the Polaris date on my wrist today. Really great watch and if I wouldn’t remember the price only a few years ago, I might have bought it. But the current prices are just too high.

Im going with the cartier santos, white or blue dial. Perfect for every occasion, sporty and dressy at the same time. Oh and you basically buy 2 watch in 1 having also the leather strap for the formal occasions.

Elle est très belle, j'aime beaucoup aussi le bracelet. J'ai peurque 38 mm de diamètre pour un poignet d'un peu plus 19cm que cela fasse petit.

I owned the Polaris Memovox for around 2 years but tastes change and sold it along with all my other JLCs. Im just not that "classy" guy no matter how much I pretend to be, and thats how I felt whenever I wore my JLCs - just felt so pretentious.

JLC is one of those brands at the edge - I want, but it's always been a "but I'm not sure." The Polaris looks amazing, and given my own ADHD, I love that it could also be the perfect fidget watch. 😄 JLC normally requires wearing the Reverso, and that is the challenge in general for JLC. So... time for shop for that "what is that watch?" watch.

Is it absurd if I buy this having the blue version? I think they are different enough to justify having both. Anyway, we are watch people. We are far from reasonable

Just another ad video. An ad video of the same and the same and the same brands for nerds. But... what's the deal with that longines in the end? You can't ever tell time with those ridiculous hands... You want to pay for a watch you can tell the time with. Don't forget that, mate.

I think the case sizes of the 1950s and before were the best. It's dumb that smaller watches are sometimes seen as feminine nowadays when modern watches are actually the big ones.

If you can afford the Submariner there is no doubt its the best one watch collection - duravle and buikt like a tank but one of the only dive watches that can pull off a fomal dinner jacket situation. A Pelagos or 300m just don't look the same in those situations
