This video is so good! Am now subscribed! We used to go on Celebrity cruises (pre pandemic) and stayed in aqua class to take advantage of Blu but your system sounds more sensible because even Blu became too busy with long waits for tables on our most recent experiences. We also booked our tours privately, often by getting together with others via Cruise Critic. We were never late back I think because the reputation of these companies rely on this as well as the quality of their service.

Our favourite specialty restaurant is Murano. If you have the opportunity to try The Chef's Table on Celebrity, I would highly recommend it.
