Great video. One tip Ive Learned is don't stick to one ability. Xdefiant refreshes your cooldown and lets you keep ult charge when you switch ability during death. So for example if you use your spider bot and die, switch to hack so you have an ability when you respawn instead of having to wait 30 seconds. Just doing this made me heal around 1500 per match when I used to do around 600. I haven't seen any creators mention this.

As a Watch Dogs kid and grenade lover, i naturally gravitated toward Dedsec and i have sooooo much fun with it, using Hijack feels clutch(when its not glitched ofc). Just FYI, Dedsec can have 2 betties(prox mine) out at once, pretty damn funny on objectives, especially in places where you get to set up beforehand like Zone Control or Escort.

Ye i noticed if you die mid hack animation or you get EMP naded, you can’t use your hack anymore at all unless if you switch factions. Its so annoying and i hope the devs fix this.

It also helps with the spiderbot in a solo queue you drop it before going in and it leads you to a enemy and helps you get the kill so it’s kinda like a intel drone

You can also hack an enemy Dedsec’s spider bot and Cleaner’s incinerator drone (if your quick enough-the hacked drone will start flying back towards the cleaner and explode in his face, which is funny 😅)

If the spider is on your face, you can look down at the ground and shoot. Or a teammate can shoot it off of your face

I started playing Deadsec as soon as I unlocked them and never looked back. The passive is underratted, especially with mines. You can drop one behind you or in a corner, wait a bit and drop one in another spot so you cover your flank with 2 mines.

You can also hack enemy proxy mines, which took me by suprised but it does make sense cuz its player deployed

Base from what i have seen in the game. Faction ability weakness corelation is : Dedsec > Echelon > Cleaner > Phantom > Libertad > Dedsec

The hijack ability can, currently, the following (from my playtime): Mag barrier, El remedio healing pack, Proxy mines, Spiderbot and incinerator drone (when you hack it, the drone will actually start flying back towards the cleaner that used it 😅). I think what the devs could do to buff it is to allow us to hack one enemy player, preventing them from using abilities and canceling active ones, but not ultimates (echelon’s ghillie suit and intel suit, phantom’s blitz shield for example) and ofc converting all deployable abilities into your own and i don’t think this will make the ability broken because while your in your hacking animation, you cant ADS and you need a line of sight of the deployed ability to work.

It might be risky but running a D50 with Cleaners is so satisfying and powerful! One headshot or two bodies and you're dead. I haven't even unlocked the dedsec faction yet but the d50 is like the perfect wingman for a player coming from Apex and looking for some crazy actions with good movement!

Regen for gadgets is awesome. Proxies for defense and spamming the bot every time it comes up will give you a kill, assist or intel almost every time. It’s cheap but normally it gets players that deserve it lol

I only use the EMP, frag, and betties. Man I changed my utility to my mouse MB5 and man it's crazy how many nade kills I get, just cook it and throw it where's there's enemies. With it reprinting there's times I get 4-6 kills with nades in a single life. The bouncing betty is crazy because you can have two on the ground at a time once it's prints the second, I've gotten entire teamwips in occupy and domination with double betties on point. Oh and hack can hack multiple items with a single use, I played a match once where there were 3 phantoms and they were all putting their shield down, one button click and they were all ours!

I’ve gotten used to each faction cause I completed all the challenges so at the start of every match I bring up the score screen cause it shows what abilities the other team is using so I choose accordingly based on that. If they run a bunch of spiderbots…I’m hacking them

Been using dredsec from the first day. Love the free kills from the bot. Don’t think it’s always the best character though but I enjoy it the most. Have had some great games with the shield character and felt like I won it for our team with the shields on escort

Deadsec is my favorite Faction. I remembered when I ran low on health after killing a medic. Then I hacked the remedio. After that I saw someone was using sonar goggles so I saved my ult and just shut that ish down.🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm just so in love with them

The fact that I can keep throwing grenades or keep throwing down proximities because every time you throw one they regenerate, you can have Joe proximities on the ground at once what if you’re throwing grenade dirt they blow up they regenerateand it’s pretty fast actually

9:12 Bouncing Bettys are great on dead sec cuz you get two…but no more than 2. So you get more value running nades. But mines are still very effective.

I think people need to just play the game for a while, and they will understand how easy it is to counter Spiderbot and I’m not going to tell anyone, and I will let everyone figure it out. I just love every faction in this game and how it’s balanced. also spider bot don't need no nerf tbh they need to just fix the bugs related to it so that it can work properly. There are so many bugs when it gets stuck in the walls, I run deadsc as my main so I know.

Deadsec was the class I thought was best. So wrong title! I haven't really used hijack.... Do you just have to press it and then all deployed abilities become yours? I thought you had to see it or something to hack it...!? I LOVE the spider bot. And not only is it very effective. it has some extra perks. First, it runs for nearest enemy, so some times it can help you navigate the right way. It often gives you a kill, because even if they do try to shoot it, they are distracted for that then, and if not, they are stunned. And then it just pisses people off, making them angry and annoyed, and that is nice to know :) The extra grenades are so great, if you are the kind of player that remember to use them. And if you are not, you are doing something wrong, and this is your next thing to work on in order to improve your game!

Yes, you just press it but you do need a line of sight of the ability to hack it, and its becomes hacked instantaneously however you do have to go through the animation of pulling up your phone, which prevents you from ADSing, even though the ability is already hacked. Hack allows you to easily spot the deployed abilities (and proxy mines) as well cuz you’ll see a white line coming from your character (when the ability is in your line of sight ofc)
