In one of my home leagues 12 Team ESPN PPR 2RB 2WR 1Flex. Had 1.10 got Brown and Barkley then got London Allen at 3/4 turn and Kincaid in the 5th and was able to get Aaron Jones, Ridley, Godwin, Brooks later and filled the bench with Worthy, Thomas Jr. Chase Brown and others

I think this year, for 10 man league at 1st pick, I try to avoid the dead zone…but I think Joe mixon will be a great anchor back I can grab in the 4th. Such a great offense, he’s a tds machine, no one is going to steal carries, and he catches the ball (work horse)!!

Do you think I should trade Ladd for Worthy? I have Rice on my team already (along with Nabers, Ja’marr, and Ayiuk). It’s a 2 wr 2 flex league. There was also a option for Brian Robinson Jr. for worthy (I got Etienne and Rhamondre Stevenson starting and Blake Corum and Ty Chandler on the bench along with Brian Robinson Jr.)

Does the perception of 1st round RBs change in half PPR formats? Fully Agree with full PPR, but as someone drafting at 4 in my half PPR league, Bijan/Breece there is tough to deviate from.

It’s a passing league. The WR’s that going the first rd are all the best in the game. The problem comes in round 2. In my mind, the those WR’s taken in the 2nd are just about equal to WR’s taken in 3rd and 4th. Do what I’m trying to say is the reason WR hit more in the 1st is cuz they are the best players in the league. So if you miss out on a WR in rd 1, there are sooo many WR’s 2-5th rounds that will get you points. Don’t be afraid to go double Hero RB.

Pretty much man. It’s the move this year. Plenty of upside swings at rb round 7-10 ish. Filling the rb2 slot with late rounders and waiver wire adds has been my M.O. for several years and not to brag…. But… yeah it has worked wonders 😊
