Congrats on your recent nuptials! We LOVE the wish, and have been on her twice. We stayed in cabin 10122 on a 2022 inaugural cruise, and on the 6th floor on our last cruise. Thank you for you fun content, hope you all get to go again soon!

So as for the special add ons like Palo, yes the higher tiers vook first. But Disney holds some back for every category, so they won't all be gone when your window opens. The booking window opens at midnight on your day, you just need to do it then. Because other people will, and that is why it appears to be sold out if you wait until the morning or later in the day.

we were on and ready to book at midnight...by the time we selected Palo it wasnt even 1201...we got the spinning wheel of death and at 1201, Palo was gone!!!

oh good! you will have an amazing time! Just go in immediately when you get on the boat and go to guest services (there will be a line but it moves fast) and go try to get everything you want or at least get on the waiting list for it! I will keep my fingers crossed for you because Palo is amazing! (check it out my day 2 wish video to see our brunch there! AMAZING place!)

How did you get from Universal to the port? Did you drive?

Yes we drove...it is about 60 miles or so...very easy drive

Finally got to this video: How does one board a ship, is it just a slope incline bridge or do you have to go up a flight of steps and then the actual bridge slightly slopes up into the entrance? Very interesting. It almost feels like the entrance is about a story or two up. I would think the would put the entrance at dock level, one steps onto the ship and then one would take an elevator to the actual entrance. O_o

There is a gang plank walkway that you enter through...it is accessed from level 3 of the parking area using stairs or elevator or the escalator from the ground floor

Do you think they split up the bathrooms because the room is actually a family sized room? Do you think if it was just for two people they would have that? Also, the whole shower thing and you being 6 ft. 3 in. is kind of concerning. I guess they make cruises for the average maximum height; however, they did not do a very good job if a man of your height can barely fit in there and be able to shower freely.

It's the Vernandah rooms with the split bathrooms, the interior aren't like that
