I can do a cart wheel double front flip handstand backflip and the circle thing up in the air I always practice.If you want to be able to do that always practice on a trampoline then grass

They are all cheerleaders. I can tell by there formation and posture. There tumbling skills are level 6 requirements (I cheer) They are amazing though!

Dude, you cant just buy flips on Amazon. You have to be willing to practice for years, and for starters, go to gymnastics.

Temmie Flakes but how can i start at home. I'm too busy with athletics and music to take up another activity. When i was 6/7 i was able to do a variety of flips but now i'm not as flexible even though i'm in good shape.
