(my name's Lott) congrats on FCing boyfriend side! knew you can do it easily with your well-known performance on both communities as a whole. also fun fact: boyfriend side was made with way more pattern difficulty leniency than c-side. while boyfriend side was made as a friendlier LN practice with 1.1k rice and 2k noodles, camellia side is what i actually call "f**k the generic meta", with the first introduction to ln graces (which didn't show properly cuz FNF LN mechanic) and dense handstreams that wasn't really used before on the choruses. i know you can fc it with absolute ease, but still, good luck!

to roast fnf players and see them throw tantrums :) this was, is, and will be an experiment to see how players react when they play a more diverse and technical kind of chart. i am not surprised when i see comments like this from you. the short lns in my opinion are reasonable for each of their usage, and through multiple, different ln length usage, this makes a more representative chart while still being really reasonable to play, at least for mania players. i’m pretty sure you’re not the only one struggle with them, and the only way to be able to hit the ln tech patterns is to practice more. as fnf’s charting is usually revolved around 1/2 1/4 mapping with occasional ln usage, playing those does not really help. i do understand that fnf has only been released for ~1.5 years, and therefore the game still needs a long way to go to develop and polish their charting’s overall quality. please do note that not only ln grace patterning is called “creative and unique”, other types of patterning can also be something special and representative when executed well. ln grace just fits well in this song imo, but this doesn’t mean that you have to include ln grace to make a fun and creative map. the important aspect, as i said, is execution, and i believe even with only 1/2 1/4 1/8 snaps, you can still create something representative and unique. thanks for reading this ig…?

True, but tbf, I would have much preferred a Paroxysm or Sudden Shower Rep. even a Dreamless wanderer rep. They picked most of his fairly new songs. With that, im surprised they didn't even do a Blackmagik Blazing rep, like "Night Raid with a Dragon" or "Nightmare City" (Which is 7+ minutes iirc, but it doesn't matter since they added Nacreous Snowmelt) Idk, just my take. I've been listening to Camellia since 2013, so I'm kinda sad they didn't pick his older songs. :shrug:

I really love Camellia. Like, a lot. Like, a whole lot. You have no idea. I love him so much that it is inexplicable, and I'm ninety-nine percent sure that I have an unhealthy obsession. I will never get tired of listening that sweet, angelic composition of his. It is my life goal to meet up him with him in real life and just say hello to him.
