im 43. when i was 18/19 i worked at MAJOR chicken houses in louisiana. all i can say is BIG pieces of chicken was not the norm for people for YEARS. there is all kinda hormones in that "jumbo" chicken. chicken pieces should be SMALL. My grandmother raised chickens, the meat was small, but it was SOOOOO good
