ThankU sister this is most helpful. I wish more nutritionists would put out information that actually help people to help themselves! When there’s problems it costs a lot to change diet and then can’t work so we can afford nutritionists to help us too. Only started watching these KZbin’s for help since getting h pylori. Had no idea about a lot of this.

I really appreciate your clear explanations!! I first found you because I’ve struggled for about 6-7 weeks with what I first thought was ringworm. Now I believe it’s more likely a pretty bad histamine problem. ALL the foods on lo-histamine diet are foods I eat almost every day!!! Am especially saddened by the thought I might not be able to continue eating the exquisite fermented foods I JUST learned to make at home this past year 😢

Parasites can trigger mast cells and lead to histamine overload so these 2 things are connected. Thank you for all the information. I have h pylori and treated with a couple of aggressive antibiotics. I was prescribed Align as the only prebiotic to take. I will get the food that you're suggesting but when is the best time to have the prebiotic since the antibiotics are going to kill them?

Align is a probiotic (bacteria). Prebiotics are fibers that feed the bacteria. If someone is currently taking antibiotics, probiotics are best taken at a different time in the day.
