After very long walks, I noticed that my toenails were also turning dark. I found a way. After each long walk, I go to the bathroom. I run water from the tap and place my toes under the stream of warm water. The foot rests on the bottom of the bathtub. The water pressure from the stream somehow prevents these dark streaks under the nail. I also do this after catching my finger and nail in a door. Putting my nail under a stream of water prevents it 100% and the nail does not turn black. With best wishes.

Wow, my knees and feet are not bendy at all 😂. I hope my feet are getting better. Thank you for the routine ❤. By the way: I am a diver (jumping in the water with doing stunts an stuff). Love you ❤

Very helpful for an older dancer post ortho surgeries getting back into the groove. Thank you.

Hi, Hannah! this lesson is very useful, and I would like to continue how to gradually develop the flexibility of the legs and back. I watch different videos, even though it's written there for beginners, but it's hard for me to do exercises, since I'm wooden)))) and it seems that there are no smooth transitions from one pose to another, Thank you for your attention and video tutorial🤗💞

Thank-you for sharing your knowledge. Would love to hear your techniques in holding your core and breathing while dancing. Some dancers hold their core too tight that they have trouble breathing. Some dancers are unable to do belly breath. When it comes to holding your core and breathing, did you find different techniques were taught in gymnastic?

Hello, I work with a Russian let coach in Iran. Ballet is prohibited in our country and usually doctors do not have information about ballet movements. After feeling a tingling sensation in my leg, I went to the doctor and had an MRI and was told that I have a mild disc bulge in the 4th and 5th vertebra. I am very disappointed and worried that I can continue ballet? Have you seen a similar case or do you have any suggestions?

Hi, I;m 75 and still teach. Between 20 and 35 as a dancer I had 3 operations for lower back slipped discs. The last one was highly successfull. I never feel pain and now the operation technics are wonderfull. So don't worry and if you have to take the issue further I advise you to consult a neoro-surgeon.

Thank you so much this is awesome I can really use this! Hopefully, I can find some time ❤🙈 Video request?.. I would really appreciate another video like this but on how to improve 5th and 1st position turnout or even tips.. cause I know they say clam shells and all those exercises and I do them but I struggle with turnout I just wish it was wider and cleaner looking because I often like to crank my feet.. yes really bad of me, ik 🙉🙈🙈🙈

Hey @HannahMartinRG (or any ballerina reading this lol) I have a quick question. I apologize if you’ve been asked this before, I’m relatively new here. How high does a relevé need to be before being able to go en pointe? Thanks!

It really depends on the shape of your foot to be honest. I would recommend asking a dance teacher to take a look and use their advice to see how best to move forwards into pointe work 😅
