1:06 in scenarios like this instead of head-on and dying, just lock him with hmd and immediately notch the incoming radar missile as you fire your mica, its thrust vectoring will allow it do pull and kill the f15 while your going defensive.

Funfact: the MICA-IR is already in the files. It would pretty much act like a stealth fox 3 you can't notch since it also gets IOG and would be the longest ranged IR missile.

Can't wait to get this plane eventually. Maybe it's not as great as the F-15, but I love delta wing planes in general and 50G missles are just chef's kiss for me.

Tbh Im not sure if I can call this the best Fox 3. It really matters what you value. Mica range is really short, so if you face an F-15 at like 20-25km range, you are cooked. But for shorter range launches, it is soo good, it can pull all the Gs in the world, the acceleration is insane and the thrust vectoring is massive too.

Notice how all the kills are 10km and closer....120 can do this from 30km, it's the top fox 3

For me it makes no sense to use the fox-3 at a distance of more than 20 km, because the chance of hitting a small.I'd rather take a chance to fly closer and launch a missile, because such gameplay is more like it.🙃 And if I want to launch missiles at a distance of 30 km, I'll go get an F-14.😉

@@shadowgun301 you have to be high and fast for 30km shots, not hard at all and the 120 does this quite well. The 54 is so slow to get going and only pulls 17g...kinda meh to be honest.

its arguable. it leaves alot more time for the target to evade. sure youll get the people who dont pay attention (same way people who play F14 just squirt all their phenixes and hope for the best) I guess these are 2 different approaches. also MICA seems to be missing some of its real life range :(
