@@derhesligebonsaibaumnot vibrations, when firing a full salvo at once the distortion of air around shots 1 and 3 make shot 2 considerably less accurate The issue is still present on 4 barrel turrets, such as on the King George V and the brilliantly designed Dunkerque. The King George V had minimal changes between 1/4 and 2/3, though there was still a very small setback in the guns. The Dunkerque fixed the problem by spacing out the guns, effectively making 1 turret a pair of 2 guns. It was also compartmentalized to prevent any damaging blow to disable every gun and kill all working crew. There's a very large reason why 2 gun turrets were used for so long, and why the Gangut class in its entirety only fired 3 salvos... And hit 2 estimated shots of said salvos.

About the tank crew voicelines: If you play the French vehicles, when you spot an enemy tank the crew will say the approximate range of the spotted enemy (~100m). Tried it out in rb and worked, you need to understand french numbers to get it (ex: "ennemi! cinq cents mètres!" for 500m)

Fun fact about the stabliser. My old squadron commander did a big brain with the stabiliser, he thought he'd need to bind it to make it active. Unfortunately he made it the same key as his scope button, so when he scoped in his stabiliser would turn off. He played like that for quite a few years and it was only when he was streaming while playing a high tier vehicle someone noticed it. I always wondered why he said most tanks were shit, well this is why lmao.

For buildings like Jardine House (idk the spelling), the reason for changes may be due to the fact there's a kind-of copyright system that exists for buildings. Example being the Eiffel Tower at night not being technically allowed for photography. Maybe the case for the change in design was that it was protected under copyright and Gaijin found out, was contacted about it or was denied upon trying to contact the rights owners to the building's image.

So fun fact, with the “shorter barrels” it’s just the breach moved back, and it serves a purpose. While creating their next design, the British were concerned of the Japanese Mogami class, holding an insane 15 155mm guns, able to quickly cut through anything they had at the time. At first the idea was going the French route, use quad mount guns, but this decreased gun efficiency by a massive amount. So instead of that the British moved the breach of the middle barrel back, not only making losing more comfortable for the crew, but also giving the gun better performance, as the shockwaves of each gun firing no longer interfered with the shells of the neighboring barrels

Hey, Panthers were considered as heavy breakthrough tanks, just like Tigers were by the Germans. It's only the allies who classed it as a medium. Also, the situation where you might want to switch off the stabilisation is when you rock backwards and forwards trying to get more gun depression. Stabiliser prevents you from using full elevation angles.
