Chanell Allure Home Sport Superleggera is elegant and smooth. Highly enjoyable if somewhat simple. Gucci Guilty Elixir is among the best fragrances currently on the market ! Sophisticated, floral, powdery, soapy, slightly woody and with irresistible patchouli underneath of it all! The best Elixir there is !

One these people say, this is one of their favorites, yet own over a thousand bottles of college is a little hard to believe. I own 80 bottles of assorted cologne thanks to watching videos by this guy and several other influencers here advertising cologne. I’m trying to give away some and only want to keep five to ten bottles of assorted scents for every occasion…really dove into the rabbit hole buying cologne. The local TJ Max and Burlington hasn’t been restocked in a long time, maybe underperforming stores so they might eventually close

Our tastes are usual not the same - you're more manly than me - but I just picked up JPG, Guerlain, Eros, and both Boss' at duty-free. They had AMAZING Christmas boxes! Glad to know we like the same.

I’m guessing these designer fragrance brands are using only 3 notes because some people won’t choose a fragrance if they read a note or two they don’t care for. So if they just choose 3 notes that are most liked vs showing the 15 they have a better chance of making a sale.

I genuinely don’t understand the hype for Boss Absolu, it smells nice on skin for the first few minutes, but then (on me anyway) it very quickly becomes boring generic crap. It was the same for my work colleague too.

I have the EDT, EDP, and the Intense. They're almost identical so it's not worth getting the EDP Imo. I'd go for the Extreme or Parfum. Habit Rouge EDP great blind buy

@ i’m aware of that that is 15% off in stores like Macy’s and other retailers I was talking about discounters like discount websites that give a bit of a bigger discount. You’re not gonna find Chanel there you’re not gonna find Chanel other than your big retailers or the Chanel store themselves, just like Louis you’re not gonna find Louis anywhere other than the Louis store is certain brands. You’re not gonna get discounts on and by the way Chanel just recently started that I think it was this year or last year the 15% in Macy’s and other stores before that when those stores did their sales, Chanel was always excluded

Not needed according to who? They don’t care about your personal collection. Who cares what it’s named? Literally both of those are subjective npc opinions. Like if I just had a random number generator state random baseless opinions that hold no weight. If a house released one of the best fragrances of all time but named it as a flanker, would you still hold the opinion that the fragrance was bad because of its name? I would imagine not because that would be inane. Instead, why don’t you judge the fragrance based on its actual quality, and whether or not you like it for you. Both of those have some sort of weight behind the position.

@@masterhand20 world salad. It's not a good release. After the citrus bomb opening it's mont blanc explorer with more citrus. We have mont blanc explorer. We have many, many aventus dnas. It's not a good release on its own profile, but under the Eros name, even worse.

But saying that it’s a bad release on principle solely because of its DNA is asinine. That’s like criticizing a rock band’s most recent album for being rock, and saying that we already have enough rock music. It’s just a completely hollow take that helps no one. Instead you would review the fragrance as that house’s interpretation to the DNA and how it compares to the market it’s attempting to compete with. Going back to the rock album, so what if there is already a large catalog of rock songs? How does THIS album compare? Is it the best in its genre? If so, even if you aren’t a rock fan or think that it’s an over saturated market, you just found the best of the best. If not, does it do something within the genre that one could appreciate more than another song? Those are the kinds of questions and opinions that matter. “It’s been done” can be a critique, if it’s been done better, or if it’s derivative to a fault. Otherwise the position is just genuinely so frustratingly pointless and devoid of any substance. Anyway, I don’t even really care about that fragrance and think it’s basically a sweet take on Aventus. It’s the failure to critique it for the right reasons that’s driving me up a wall. Kind of like a lemon candy opening that turns more like Mont Blanc Explorer in the dry down with some extra sugar.
