1 quart buttermilk
AP seasoning
Lemon bae
Chicken bouillon powder
2-3 tbsps hot sauce
2.5 cups flour
1 cup corn starch
AP seasoning

2 tbsps butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/4 - 1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 can chipotles in adobo
AP Seasoning
1 dash liquid smoke

Pro tip: It would be easier to get the sauce from the Chipotle peppers by just opening the can and using the top to drain some of the sauce into the mixture. This not only saves time but is less messy.

Made "The Best Fried Chicken Wings On The Internet" for dinner yesterday - No Sauce (just didn't have all of the ingredients; so we ate them w/o)... I must say - Hands down the best wing recipe I've EVER tried... We had a few left over which I warmed in the Air Fryer today and I am pleased to say they tasted even better. The wings still had that perfectly seasoned bite crunch and tender flavorful moist meat inside. You made that Happen Chef! Thank you... :) ♥
