I found Uncs channel almost 2-3 years ago and let me tell you, I haven’t unsubscribed since. Seriously, when you didn’t really grow up learning how to cook these channels are a blessing, especially you know 🤎🤎🤎 and that’s all ima say lol. I just made some of the stuffed french toast over the weekend while my boyfriend was down visiting and he absolutely loved it, I swear I’ll never make French toast again the same 😊. I just told him I can’t wait to make him some fried chicken when he comes back down, and this right here will be the recipe I try out, thanks Unc. 🙏🏾

1. dry-wet-dry. doing dry step (cornstarch) before the batter, will help it the breading to stay on better. 2. after breading it, let it sit out for like an hour to let the breading wick up some of the batter. When the surface doesn't look dry and floury, then it's ready to fry. This will also keep the oil cleaner That will make bulletproof crunchy breading.

I just got through eating the wings of your recipe...holy moly! I soaked them for 4 hours in the buttermilk and did the dry mix, and followed everything to the letter, and I loved every bite! So juicy and the skin was crispy and I am full as a tick right now...lolololol...temperature IS key. I cooked them in a 4" cast iron skillet with peanut oil and monitored the temperature. Well done sir, thanks for posting!

Hey man, we're doing the WHOLE recipe TONITE - including the mac&cheese and green beans and maybe some fresh cut cooked carrots.!!! However, we're using drumettes.! Also, I ONLY learned to do wings in the triangle - tucking the wing under the wingette.! I'd really appreciate a chicken wing and dumplings recipe. I'm not a joiner but I am a subscriber. Ours we're to die for but we need to add an extra tray of drumettes and figure out how to make the dumplings substantial vs mushy.! Keep the videos coming.!!!
