One thing I love about PM’s writing and the world is despite how bleak it seems on the surface, its conclusions and themes are almost always optimistic, its conflicts or villains might show the worst of humanity’s tendencies (the ensemble, ahab, dongrang) but the characters we follow exhibit humanity’s hopes and strengths at their best. Their games might drag you through suffering in gameplay(Lobco) and story, but if you push through and persevere as the story and characters do, it’s never going to leave you unsatisfied or depressed, but fulfilled and hopeful. I love PM’s stories for that.

Die hard project moon fan here. I was there from lobotomy corp's first launch, all through out library of ruina's development and im still here. The world they have made is such a delight, its gameplay is not for everyone but if you dont care about the gameplay, atleast look up the story and imerse yourself in the world. Even for those who are not into reading (like me) this is just a delight. Anyways, my fave base sinner is hong lu but if we include identities then i would say three musketeers don, i think it was the only identity to do it perfectly. Also, if you need any help or have questions, do ask. I love answering PM question.

I love this game it’s extremely generous. Whenever it goes offline for maintenance it gives you enough for basically 10 rolls. And even using the free battle pass it it gives me enough to consistently get 3 0s identities.

Ah yes, another "why you should play limbus" video that i watched for like, the 10th time even though I'm already a level 65 player. Jokes aside, the fact that more and more player keep finding out about the game, including tectone, while the game is nearing it's 2nd anniversary is great for new players. And just like everyone said, i really love how dark the game is, and having no artifacts system is a huge plus!

Ah, as for who is my favourite? Hands down Heathcliff. With his heart of his sleeve, least "twisted", the most honest, empathetic and emotional sinner, so underestimated, so overlooked and ridiculled for no reason. He who acts when action has to be taken and the others wait. He who cares for others before himself, because of how low he thinks of himself. He, who will address feelings of others and ask for help when he can't fix it. He, told over and over how little is he worth; despite fending off the insults and pain, had words carve deep scars in his heart, as apparent as scars on his skin. He, who only ever was violent and vengeful because he's afraid of being hurt. He deserves affection. He knows the world won't give him any - but now he knowsthat he's worth love.

While Heath' usually speaks in loud, expressive tone, there's been two occasions, that scene included, where his voice changed. He wears his emotions on his sleeve - when he's irritated, he ays so, so sollution can be found; when he feels something's off, he acts, when he's insulted, he asks the person to stop. People assume he's violent and impulsive, but have you noticed, that when annoyed, he FIRST asks the person to stop, to make sure the enmity was not intended? But there were these two occasions, where people trespass too much. His voice drops, low and cold: a clear warning to back off, for he knows he won't be able to keep his fuses in check. The first time we heard it was in C2, when pawnbroker made fun of his ring. He's about to bite and STILL he has enough concern to warn you to step back while you can. Keep that in mind. He's not as dumb as people paint him to be, and he surely thinks of others before himself - even in C4, asking Dante to tend to Don (Don of all people! The one sinner he can't stand) before himself. We owe him lots, too.

The sinners as main cast are just super good. At the start you wonder what the hell is wrong with these people, seeing they are either dumbasses, sociopaths or both. Unlike other games they are not a bunch of noble, kindhearted souls brought together by a shared purpose but have their selfish desire what they want from their deal with Limbus Company and have to be literally threatened into cooperating by Vergilius. But there's hints that they are not just a bunch of disfunctional lunatics before their canto comes along, like how Heathcliff doesn't hesitate a second standing up for Dante when those N-Corp goons called em an inhuman abomination and Dante wasn't even taking their insults seriously. You learn just how this brutal setting broke them and what potential for betterment lies beneath as they slowly work through their flaws and confront their pasts.

Best might be a stretch when from what I remember combat is just done by itself most the time as its just easy and its really only a story game, which I cant say on i just dont like the aestetic (a word i can never remember how to spell)

As somebody who fully played LoR, I couldn't force myself to suffer through the garbage gameplay in the first few dozen hours of Ligma Company, nor the typical gacha grindfest. However, as a certain floaty boi once said, "Why do people have to own everything they see? Is watching not enough?" And indeed, I completely agree with him. I've watched like 50 hours of gameplay (up to Canto VI, and some side stories, usually skipping trash fights and a few of the boss fights), and saved myself at least 4 times as much useless grind and shit combat, while enjoying absolute peak story. 10/10 would watch (but never play) again.

Interesting. This game honestly has the least grind out of any other gacha game I’ve played which I love. I don’t like having to grind for hours trying to improve characters in order to make them playable. That’s is one thing I am very happy about when it comes to Limbus. But honestly, the story is what keeps me playing over anything else so I get you not wanting to play the game but would rather watch cut down videos of it. I am the same way with some games as well so I completely understand. ☺️

My only complaint of Limbus Company is the gameplay is a bit bland for me as it feels like a watered down Library of Ruina. Alongside save all the Lunacy for that Arknights collab that will come out arounds the Hong Lu canto because that Project Moon stream showed the trailer 2 or 3 times.
