Watched this game in the US on Paramount+, the second half was just a fun watch. I don't have a team in Scotland and honestly I prefer the Championship games of SPFL coverage as the chances of a good two hours of watching football are high.

Home games only, so two games for the price on average. The commentators are "local" and far better than their league peers. Helps if you know what things like "a wee dunt" mean, but you'll be fine. I went to see raith today. 5 chant overall. 2 sung by kids and 3 sung in 1 stand. Terrible atmosphere. A kid drummer didn’t know what to do ! It sounded like the adult drummer didn’t show up. I hope it was a one off!

Our plastic pitch is better than any grass pitch we've had since we built the new stands in 1996. Would be sad to see it go as it's really helped the club grow as we train on it, and can rent it out for community use. Friday was one of the most amazing games I've been to in a long time though, wish I'd known you were there before now

I wish I'd watched this game as a neutral because it was a 7 goal thriller. Unfortunately I watched as a Jags fan and was gutted when we lost after being 3-2 up. Dundee United and Raith Rovers are running away with the league this season and that's unusual for the championship so fair play to both of them. That said all it takes is a slight bad run from either of them and Partick or Dunfermline could be right back in it. Well played Raith, get you next time.

Be nice to see raith in the premier league, the last time they were there was the 96-97 season when they were relegated. I was not old enough to remember them being there. Partick and dumferline are great also seen those sides. Rather any of those sides than dundee united but its gonna be a tall order for raith to keep up pace with them but the pressure and the match next week between dundee united and raith is a big one.

There are a number of First Division teams of my youth in the Championship and lower. Namely Dundee United, Dunfermline, Partick, Hamilton and Falkirk. The Premiership is too small, should be a minimum of 16 teams better still 18. With two lower divisions of 12. That's 42 teams, same as now.

@@fraserabel8600 I was going on recent as well as ancient history, in terms of support once you get away from old firm, Edinburgh, Dundeex2 and Aberdeen there's not a lot to differentiate the rest. Some have had a brief period of shining brightly then fading for decades. Like leading Bayern 1-0 away, or beating Hamburg SV 4-2 on aggregate. Supporters of small clubs should cherish these memories.

Probably the EFL 2 or the National league the standard would obviously be higher if there was more money up here and the fact that people from towns like Kirkcaldy etc support or more likely say they support one of the old firm,it is a very competitive league with a few teams of the same size as in fan base with Dundee United being probably the biggest team in the league.

Yes Raith Rovers have been in the top flight before the last time Raith Rovers where in The Scottish Premier Division was season 1996/1997 the same season Rangers clinched 9 in a row they have not been in the top flight since that season. When Raith Rovers where last in the top flight it was known as The Bells Scottish Premier League ( Bells Whisky) at that time they Sponsord all the Professional divisions in Scotland after the following season 1997/1998 Bank of Scotland took over The Sponsorship over The Sponsorship & The Top Flight in Scotland changed name to The Scottish Premier League Irn -Bru sponsored Divisions 1,2 & 3 after that for two seasons I think it was if I remember right.
