Love your jacket! I lived in Germany for a time in the early 90’s and Fernet was a staple after dinner cordial. To this day I keep a bottle in my cabinet. In fact, I’m having one now with a cigar on the patio watching you channel. Cheers!

Add chili flakes. Try Thai chili oil and chili flakes with blue cheese. This made me change my mind on blue cheese, before I never liked them. Game changer. Make a video on it. Thank me later. Best fries ever. (Urban Fries)

So I made your garlic fries the only thing I did different I turned half the garlic butter into a garlic butter salsa queso sauce and I added small chunks of Garden asada and I had roasted garlic in the dish just the way you taught us on the strawberry steak video. It came out good think you been elevating my cooking level.

The issue i had with this recipe was the excessive use of butter that caused the fries to be soggy after being cooked plus the cheese was not melted. Still a tasty recipe but this is more of a fancy gourmet style of garlic cheese fries.

The shredded “parmesan” in the plastic container tastes like candle wax. Your channel has inspired me to dust off the real culinary tools and cook. (In contrast to my usual pandemic routine “A man, a can, a microwave.”). The show has me hooked on several levels. As a San Diegan exiled in Wisconsin, your backyard reminds me of the many sunny afternoons spent with friends; the banter with your family fees like home. Even your acknowledgement of the sound of freedom (although it was still NAS Miramar when my brother was a Navy pilot) makes me a bit nostalgic for the 70s. If the cooking gig doesn’t work for you guys, stand-up comedy could be a viable exit strategy.

Salt doesn't adhere to fries that aren't freshly fried, do not use that fresh fry "hack" your fresh fries will SUCK. They're also prone to being pulled earlier since you're likely rushing them. Fries at mcdonalds have to be thrown away 7 mins after being pulled, your fries are going to be pretty darn fresh no matter what.
