I still have, and use on occasion, an old Adam’s 7 wood that used to be out there. All those Adam’s woods were marketed for people struggling with long irons. I love mine and still use it after 20 years when I’m having a hard time with a 3 iron or 4 iron. Of if the course conditions dictate what I should use for that round. I do remember getting some flack for having it back when I was 25-30 years old. Now it’s not even noticed let alone discussed in anyway.
