Doing it for 10 minutes I already feel alot more comfortable doing it, I can definitely see why it would help alot with playing

It looks easy, but isn't so easy. Tried it for a few mins and i already feel the improvement when trying to play lead heavy songs. Thank you!

Always found it difficult to get motivated to run exercises like this, it if you promise I will notice an improvement I’ll stick at it! After how many days/weeks would you expect an improvement?! Oh and I just knew there was going to an accelerated conclusion to this video!!

Great to hear from you Sean, honestly I’ve always forgotten every technical exercise a part from this one, it has stayed with me now for sooo long 😂 I always make sure my students practice it at the start of my private lessons 🎸 I’d say try and make sure you play it through once every time you pick up the guitar, that’s all it needs to be, and you should start see results in as soon as a week or so! But almost everything in your guitar playing will improve, chords, finger dexterity, hand eye coordination, alternate picking, speed, everything!

Great job Michael! It’s a tricky beast to master but it’s one of the best out there, I’m amazed I’ve never seen anyone else teach it!

I liked the content a lot! I have been trying to search for a vid like yours that teaches the ideas in this KZbin video. 👩⚕️ 🧑⚕️Your video totally reminds me of the channel from this new health enthusiast Dr. Ethan! Dr Ethan's videos are for sure insightful and I actually learned a lot for my midterms. Go see his YT out and give Dr Ethan a like! ➡️ #DrEthanOnKZbin
