It could be a basic explosion on impact, it could bounce, become a lightning bolt, a bolt that bounces between enemies, become a dagger storm on impact, become a gun with wings and shoot enemies like a wyvern, drop a hydra when it explodes, or become a pixie when thrown that seeks out enemies and shoots them

The smart armor has a bug that can deactivate this +50% crit damage. You see that the bug is active when you get your critchance back. I wouldn´t use it till it is fixed.

I am sooooo glad I watched this video. This works awesome. I was stuck at Chaos 15 but not any more. The only thing that bugs me is that sometimes it doesn't proc the high dmg. I haven't been able to figure out what's different when it works and when it doesn't.

Use a cryo buffmiester with zap on it and you see enemy health no more lol.I just hate using these pixies and hydras but right now its not like we have much of weapon choice as spellshot.We need more weapons and spells more than we need this boring dlc drip feed.

I got a blue chaotic one with pixies…..was running dark magic and was struggling at about chaos 15….found the gun, put it on didn’t know what pixies was at that point, and my god. Needless to say I completed all raid bosses and got to chaos 35 no problem lmfao

I was using pixies with a Spellshot/Graveborn build. It was fine up to C10, then it wasn't doing enough damage. I joined a few Co Op games - and the other players laughed at using pixies. It didn't make sense to me... Then I saw - they were using modded weapons and spells that cleared the area in a few seconds. After over 100 runs, I still haven't seen a legit Co Op game. C10 - C50, The game is so unbalanced that players have to cheat to win.

I'm actually running a Deadshot build with two Ice Spells (Triple and ricocheting [projectiles, not ground spikes]) and that removes the boredom from it. I weave pixies with my spells and only throw pixies consecutively when my spells are down. Makes for some pretty fun gameplay!

@@StormFX7 Okay that actually does sound pretty fun. I've played the most with my spore wardern/spellshot build using barrage and main the perceiver pistol. By no means the most damaging build but I've been having a lot of fun with it and the perceiver is such an underrated gun. I've seen play the angles proc for 7 mil with my setup and boss fights are still challenging enough to actually feel like I need to focus a bit and feel sense of accomplishment after beating them.

I do see this getting a small nerf in some way as I dont think they intended it to double dip in so many ways, HOWEVER, I pray they do so by reducing the gun in some way and not double knot just because it would effect less things. Personally I am glad double knot got changed because it felt pretty useless before.

I think it's fine that they scale off spell and companion damage.. but I think they will nerf it by not triggering spell related passives such as blast ghast and double knot.. they aren't spells

This. They’re dipping too much. I always prefer the word balanced. Nerf jus makes the community ,who could care less bout a balanced game , jus lose their minds. Once the community gets on anything negative then it takes off & blows outta proportion each time. Nice fresh influx of “I’m uninstalling!!” posts on Reddit before they even try stuff out.

The problem with pixies is that they’re kind of fucking boring. At least the gun with wings is aggressive on its attack, you feel like you are contributing. The lightning bolt Feriore throw is godly, by comparison, in terms of player experience

Hey Nick, I like your build videos better than anyone else's so I thought I'd give you a heads up about a little trick. Not sure if its still on the Online mode of the game but while playing offline Choas Chambers I found out that Zomboss respawns after you beat him. This is basically an endless Choas Chamber crystal farm.

I’m envious that you can get a decent Fearnot w/ pixies. I’ve only ever had 1 Fearnot roll with pixies and it’s carried me from Chaos Lvl 5-35, but it’s tired. I’ve farm Extended Runs for the last week, rolling only Pistols from the rabbits and have not received a Pixie variant. Lots of Hydras and Lightning Bolts, some Primordial, but they are frankly not even close to as good as pixies. Is there a certain Boss that drops them more often? Or is Chaos Chamber still the best bet? I finally got a Volatile Buffmiester to drop with Zap/ Pew and 2 charges, so at least that has taken up some of the slack for my Spellshot/ Stabbo and Spellshot/ Graveborn builds. Still need that damn Volatile or Primordial pixie Fearnot and a Thuerge rolled for my set up.

Try farming the skeleton chest. The chest gives you a lot of pistols which give you a good chance at getting a lot of fearnots.

Quick question for enchants: i cant exactly remember, but somebody mentioned, that the same enchants dont stack to together. In your last build video u said, u use on all 4 guns the "20% all dmg on action skill start". Did i catch wrong information from the other dude? Pretty sure u know what u r doing, but it would be nice if soneone could clearify if it makes sence to use the same enchants or not 😅

Sorry for the confusion here - the same enchants do not stack! I have the same enchant on every weapon so that when I swap to it I'm not losing or changing the enchant benefit I usually have. You only benefit from the enchants of the weapon you currently have equipped, your melee weapon, spells, & ward. Hope this clears it up for you

Ideally a class item with either blast gasp or double knot, but if you don't have any than double knot is 100% the play. Being able to use both is good though, which is my next build :) although they are separate

The easiest path (for Deadshot) is to farm the new Shark boss or armor bunnies. The "Tide" armor can roll with Double Knot, which lets you focus on Blast Gasp.

Think it's the crossbow weapons that have 1 shot capacity and so they effectively reload after every shot which creates a stack.

No they don't scale of spell damage so double knot won't work. There are some pixels shotguns that scale off spell damage however.

You can skill up and into the Graveborn Capstone and then get Armor with a +3 Double Knot so you don’t have to skill it because normally you won’t have enough points to skill GB cap and Double Knot at the same time. This is how Moxsy did it.

Have a Primordial mod with +3 Double Knot. I’d love to be able to get OneSlotOneKill but can’t have that and Blast G.

I would say doing chaos chambers is overall the best you can do. But i have two great tips for you to get all the legendaries you want. The first is that (for whatever reason) when you fight the zomboss and have him defeated in the chaoschamber, collect the rewards and kill yourself (for example with a rocket launcher) then you will not lose a life and you can fight him again and even the reward cubes will be back (but they are invisuable). The best trick however is even more simple. Just deactivate your internet connection and for whatever reason when you are Level40 all lootmachines will have legendaries in it all the time. But they cost up to 10 million, but who cares, right?! Have fun!

Mixture of both I think...unless you are happy to 'hack' :) Obviously some bosses are easier farms than others - for example Zomboss is fairly simple run and you can repeat endlessly with very little effort - a couple of quick outdoor maps, then dungeon type rooms and then boss fight with a save point literally before the fight with all vending machines. He hasn't got the best loot pool though.

I'm still running spellshot/graveborn and I do have double knot on my build....I have most my weapons with gun DMG but is that too much? Do I need to throw companion DMG on there too or spell DMG?.......also wasn't sure how my spellshot/grave would compare to spellshot/stabbo.

Focus on spell damage, especially if you're using the pixie Fearnots. Companion damage isn't bad, but spell damage also works for your spells and it's always better to prioritize a damage type that affects the most.

Moxsy has a video on it that explains it a bit better. In any event, the enchants don't make or break a build. I haven't even checked my enchants and I'm doing fine. /shrug

I keep hearing how the pixie does spell damage...that's not quite right... you see the pixie IS A SPELL... according to the scripting. Every time you reload its considered a "spell cast". that's the only way, and the reason why it does spell damage. i guess thats why they call it a "magic reload".

I'm quite confused by this build, I've tried it with from the shadows and I'm doing nowhere near as much damage as you are in this video, Im dealing like 20-50k damage, my pixie weapon is a fearnot, I have 3 points into double knot (+1 on my class mod), using curse whit ward, spell dmg mood rings, I don't believe you're lying about the build I just think I'm missing something somewhere.

I think the global damage enchants like 50% frost, etc are pretty impactful.

@@michaeltate7287 The more I think about it it's likely due to a lack of global modifiers. Frost damage on neck, cursed wit 100% damage, 20% global dmg enchant, 50% frost damage enchant, etc. Because of the nature of double knot double dipping, you'll get a lot of mileage out of these modifiers. Without them double knot won't scale very much.

That's my issue as well, how many chaos chambers ive run and vending machines ive farmed and ive only had 2 ice versions at low levels. Not once since ive been lvl 40 and now chaos 35 have ive seen an ice variant. It's like they don't exist and im kimda tired of farming for them. Watching like 12k crystals go down the drain on the pistol bunny is frustrating af.

Someone does a _lot_ of farming. I've dumped _millions_ into the bunnies and rarely get anything worth keeping. I've also spent a hefty amount of time farming for a good Wrath but no luck. Most of the items I get are for other classes. It's super irritating. :P

Or you go into the fight with a downed wit to start with (eg if you've just come off another fight). With Glass Cannon active in your skill tree, your shield won't have recharged anyway.

It's more the point that everyone on PC gets a save file to get a good/perfect version of a specific gun/build. Those of us on console have to legitimately farm it and by the time we get one it's been nerfed. This exact scenario happened to me as I was farming my LC and queen's cry.

Yes, or at least I believe they shoot 2 projectiles just like they dip into rate of fire. My vanilla Fearnot is a x2 and it does pretty beastly damage. I could be wrong though.

@@hitman5782 Yes, but i only have a spore warden, so i want to make the build work as spore warden-spellshot as best as possible, therefore maxing the fearnot pixi crit chance is important. So i need the info as to what increases their crit chance.

Okay I just a got a dark magic fearnot but I think they are very very rare. Probably just as rare as primordial gear. The fearnot I got doesn't even have pixies on it.

There’s tons of variety. It’s jus most of the popular KZbinrs will almost always showcase “the best”. Think for yourself to go outside the box. There’s KZbinrs that have lots of non-meta builds if you take the time to look.

I mean its yawn imo. Its just my opinion but Ive never found just standing there essentially doing nothing fun. But again Ive never been a fan of companion builds. As a veteran souls player its just in my nature to be more interactive in combat. Lol but to each their own.

I received a buffmeister with an enchant on it that isn't supposed to natively roll on spells, which I was unaware of. If you want to call that "cheating" I guess you can, but I would say that's a stretch, especially because the build is the exact same regardless.
