The love of my life, Lilo, was my tuxedo kitty who passed away in September 2020 from tracheal cancer. We had 12 years together, lived in 4 different cities in 3 states, countless foster companions, and so many adventures. From the time he arrived in my life at only 3 months old, we got into the routine of daily toothbrushing each morning with Petradex kitty dental brush and edible dentifrice paste. For us, it was very, very routine. For him, it meant a lifetime of clean, smooth, beautiful teeth similar to that of a kitten. For me, it meant nearly no veterinary issues at all with the awesome health benefits that go with a healthy set of teeth...at least, until the untreatable, incurable tracheal cancer showed up unexpectedly and brought our time together to an end. I miss him more than I'm capable of expressing. Kai, Millie, Skye, and Chase have a wonderful home with very attentive guardians.

WOW FIFI!! You are so wonderful with all animals.!! Between the calm voice and the love in your heart they always calm down, and are fine. My cat is so afraid of me washing him... terrified. He was abused by someone in this apt building..they had kicked in his head and back end..so I ran down and picked him up...took him to the vet right away... and the vet helped me. with him. Bart is my best buddy , but I am still working with him on trauma......so I am going to place the towel in the sink for him.... he tries to bite me hard..i have to hang on to him.. no treats here right now... that would surely help. Why do you need to bathe a cat in the first place ? Just dont do it if it makes your cat so scared. Just brush your cat or apply a moist washcloth to her fur. You dont need to completely drown your cat in water like this lady did her cat.

@@barrygomberg2524 OH that is probably the best solution of all.. ha ha the only thing is with Bart he has issues going to the bathroom since the person here who kicked in his bottom..well something is not right on that. also I have to give him olive oil with a dropper.. he wants it to help his digestion..so I am going to do as y ou suggest just the warm wash cloth....snek in the oil and he will probably be a h appier camper for sure.. he wants a wash but ma ybe not as much as I do in the sink..
