Had the Xm5s - now have the Bathys - night and day tbh and DAC mode is another level - I know it's like comparing a Porsche and a Kia but if you can afford it go for it ! FYI I have the in-ear Xm5s for the gym and they're pretty good off my Shanling LDAC.

Two yeas ago I bought Soundcore by Anker. Only $65 CAD. For that price, these are incredible headphones: super comfortable, 6o hours of battery life, incredible noise cancelling, and great sound. I've used the hell out of them almost every single day, they're around my neck or on my head for hours and they still work great. Yes, after two years, once in a while the sound dies for a second or two but I don't mind. I'm gonna by Soundcore's latest headset around $100 CAD. Highly recommend you include these in your next review.

You should have released this before Black Friday! Beats Studio Pro were £180! Px7 S2e were £250. QC were, I think, £200 or lower. Solo 4 - £110!!!

I got the QC Ultras for 350€ last week, also tried the Momentum 4s and XM5s but the QC Ultras were the best compromise for me given that my top priorities were comfort and great ANC for university, I also like the sound of the QC Ultras, for me almost at the same level as the Momentum 4s while being more comfortable & having better ANC. The XM5s were fine as well but a bit less comfortable and the sound quality wasn't as good. Was a really hard decision to make but hopefully I won't regret it.

I own Boseq35ii, Bose Ultra, Sony xm5, Bang & Olufsen HX, Apple AirPod Max, the new Beats Studio Pro, Sennheiser MX4 and a few other odds and ends. Why? I do not know. My favorites are the Bose and Apple products and sometimes the Bang and Olufsen. I wish they would make these weather resistant. And I like to use them for phone calls. Don’t even get me started on earbuds.

I was torn between the AirPod Max and the Sonos Ace, being simultaneously an Apple and Sonos (Beam 2nd Gen) ecosystem user. Ultimately went for the Sonos Ace, since it was considerably cheaper on Black Friday!

This should be an interesting topic. I personally use the Sony XM5, and last year when my local Best Buy sold out of XM5s, I bought my folks some XM4s for Christmas (I still wish I could have gotten them the 5s though), which my parents had told me they love (and I see them use them a lot). Even though I’m happy with my Sony purchases, I won’t pretend to be curious about other options, should something happen to my headphones or those of my folks (not likely, but I’d rather be over prepared for things than unprepared).

Mine is the Bose qc45 by a mile. It’s one of the last with actual buttons and it’s the ONLY ONE IVE FOUND that allows you toggle devices. Have you found another?
