@@legit-kriqit145still worth a mention on those grounds, a lot of players don’t have the readily-available capacity to get “best in slot” items so always worth including non-vet gear

Ya that's my personal favorite. I run an overheal build with Prayer set and also use the Minor Mending Buff from Naga Shaman set along with Earth gore. It seems to work extremely well as my teammates never die.
