Great to see your video of this hike. I'm hoping to do it, depending on weather, at the end of summer.

We had camping reservations for Needles a couple of weeks ago but then noticed how far a drive it was from Moab (especially in our EV with range limits). We were able to get same day entry and a campsite at Arches. I look forward to the Canyonlands trip someday when we plan for more time driving about. Arches is equally awesome so both are must-sees.

What a great video! I've been to Canyonlands N.P., but did not explore much, as I have a 2 wheel drive SUV. Would my car reach this trailhead? Andy

I would recommend 4 wheel drive.

I made it in a 2 wheel drive sedan. Just make sure it hasn't rained heavily recently. Going into a few corners you are blind to the oncoming traffic so also you have to approach slowly
