I recommend buying the weekly cards (Normal and Plus). It's cheap and you get tons of tokens. I spent like 15 dollars in total (like 5 weeks) on those weekly cards and I bought Li Xin, Marco Polo and Xiao Qiao Shan Hai skins with even more discount because the weekly card plus gives you the 200 discount ticket. It's cheaper, but you have to wait a looooong time to get tokens :c
