Bro I have noticed that in honda bikes if you dont keep gears according to the speed engine makes that knocking noise. It does not happen in RE bike that much. Can you explain why does this happen?

It’s not about honda or RE, It’s about gear ratios. And rpm requirement for the rear tyre to move. More gear switches are often required in bikes that accelerate fast. For honda , Cb300r would need more gear shifts as compared to cb350rs Compared to clasic 350, 350rs will require a little more gear switch due to higher torque as compared to classic. The tuning of torque distribution is different for both the bikes, although the engine size is same. But still honda 350rs gear shifting is not at all problem worthy.

Highness will age well because of its ergonomic design and its how a standard motorcycle should look like. But RS will attract more eyes because of its sporty nature and big tyre profile and looks from behind is aggressive. Good luck

It's true it has many chrome elements and those parts starts become rusty after some months

Chrome will obviously have rust if you dont maintain it well. The main parts to rust is in the back suspension cap which you can easily maintain by cleaning with micro fibre cloth and WD 40. Its a manufacturing defect because me and my friend got in that specific area

Suspensions are a little tough, but not that tough, yes it can handle them, has decent ground clearance of 168mm (near about 170)

If 50k difference is not much for you then i would suggest go with cb350, it’s a very good looking bike and has better torque at lower rpms and high ground clearance. Power figures are same just that honda’s delivery is better by 1000rpms. Or you may save 50k and go for hunter it’s a decent bike too. In short Cb350 is a bit better of the both, but not by a lot. For me, i’ll prefer cb350 over hunter just because of the design itself.

@TwoTiredBawa Brother honestly I rode CB350 rs of my friend's for whole day of touring on hills, I just didn't like it, whenever hard accelerates it just becomes loud with that fake thumpy exhaust and just doesn't go. It felt like 125 cc bike. Even my Xpulse feels more punchy.
