From the Northern Ontario…Then I move to Alberta Canada. Plenty of Filipino and my co workers are Filipino. Best Filipino dishes are located in the Philippines, for example if you want best Lomi or Bulalo go to Batangas and for best BBQ Chicken you go Bacolod , for bakasi you go Cebu Cardova and etc. Not only you will enjoy original and authentic Filipino foods but also you will travel all over beautiful Philippines. My favorite Filipino dishes are "pinaupong manok", dinuguan made of pure pork meat. Dinuguan if cooked right and delicious is the first to be eaten up in a party. I also like inasal and lechon manok. Rellenong bangus, embotido, "muraskita" or fried rice stuff with egg, meat, baguio beans, ham, chorizo, "graham with mango" cake, lumpia, lechon.

Ang mga favorite ko talaga na filipino foods ay Beef Steak, Adobo mapa chicken man yan o baboy basta yung sauce nya malapot lapot ng konti lalo na pag may asim konti naku napaka sarap, tapos yung Chicken Curry pa, Lumpia tsaka yung Ginataang Tambakol sobrang sarap mga insan. Syempre di mawawala yung Paksiw na bangus at paksiw na matabang galunggong putik sobrang sarap ng mga yan lalo na yung dinaig na bangus naku mapapawow ka talaga. Pero yung Kalderetang baka naku napaka sarap din lalo na yung Kaldertang Kambeng na talagang literal na mag iinit ka din. Pero pag nasa labas ka naman mas the best yung mga Tapsihan lalo na yung Tapsilog at longsilog nila sobrang panalo talaga, madalas kalaban naman nila yung Paresan na napakasarap din lalo na yung beef pares pati yung sabaw mismo napakasarap parang bulalo din pero mas gusto ko pa rin ang beef pares kasi malaman unlike bulalo halos buto buto lang talaga😂😂😂.

The fascinating thing about the Filipino dishes is each provinces has their own specialty dish to represent a filipino food. As a tourist you have to go that province if you really wanna try the best one.. Inside NCR is good but not great.. The only debate is which is the best is either Pampanga or Cebu’s. 😊

Dapat ipagbawal ng gobyerno ang pagpag at magkaroon na istriktong sistema sa pagtapon ng tirang pagkain ang mga fastfood at restaurant para hindi na makain ng mga tao. Nakakahiya pag napapanood ko ang mga balita, vlog at documentary about pagpag pero ang mga nasa gobyerno para bale wala lang sa knila. Kaya mababa ang tingin ng ibang lahi sa mga pinoy dahil yan ang nakikita nila sa mga balita - kahirapan, iskwater, droga, nakawan sa airport etcetera.

Buddy it's Kamayan(eating with your hands) not Kumayan. 😂😂😂😂 Kumain means to eat. My foreign friends love adobo, pancit, kaldereta, Any type of silog, sisig, palabok, pakbet and so on. (Most of our dishes have Chinese and Spanish influence- from the spices to the presentation. It's all mouth watering to the last bite)
